Though it's called a serum, I found it more akin to a toner as it's the first step after cleansing and has a fluid, runny texture. I absolutely love that I can layer it multiple times without any heaviness! With each layer, it tackles deep dryness and when used cool, it's effective in reducing skin heat and tightening pores. It works hard to solve multiple skin concerns!
ConsThe pump bottle design can be a bit tricky, as sometimes the product runs down your hand when pumping. Personally, I think a standard toner bottle might make it easier to control the amount. That said, I'm extremely satisfied with the product itself!
TipThis hydrating toner is perfect for combination dehydrated skin types looking to boost their daily skincare routine. Its ability to layer well makes it ideal for those who enjoy the "7-skin method" for maximum hydration. The cooling effect could be particularly beneficial for those with super sensitive skin prone to redness or irritation.

I thought it would be a lightweight formula like a toner, but it's incredibly light yet also moisturizing! I've been using the Dokdo Toner, and that product's downside is that it's really watery, so it doesn't provide much moisturizing, but this serum has helped moisturize my skin from the very beginning! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but while a toner alone isn't enough for sufficient moisture, this serum adheres to the skin refreshingly well, and I really liked that!
ConsIn fact, I had expected the cooling effect the most, but that was a bit disappointing. It adheres well to the skin, but I felt that it was lacking in lowering the temperature of my flushed face.
TipIn the summer, no matter how dry the skin is, when you apply cream and makeup, the sebum rises excessively, reducing the staying power, so you need to thoroughly moisturize and reduce the weight of the base. This product was a great help in doing that! The Dokdo Toner - just applying the Toridden Serum and finishing was making my face too dry, but after applying the Cellufusion Serum and then the Toridden Serum, my skin became light but moisturized! For extremely dry skin like mine, finishing with a moisturizing sunscreen like the Birch Sap Sunscreen results in a firm, perfectly-matched base skin!!!!!!

Since the formula is lightweight, it's easy to layer multiple times, and as the name suggests, it can be used as a booster to be used together with other serums. While it doesn't have as strong of a cooling effect as the same line's pads, it has a refreshing, non-burdensome cooling sensation. The generous amount lasts a long time, and the transparent bottle allows you to see the remaining product.
ConsSince the cooling is not very strong, when the temperature rises, the cooling sensation may not be felt very well. As it is a refreshing product, if you don't take care of the moisture, it can get dry.

It's extremely lightweight and refreshing. Even without refrigerating, I felt an incredibly cooling effect when using it as a face mask. It's definitely much cooler than a regular toner. So I kept it in the fridge to use it even more refreshingly. I'm not sure about the pore-reducing effects. I used it consistently, morning and night, for 2 weeks, but the effects seem to vary from person to person. I didn't see any dramatic results. However, the cooling effect seems really great. It was excellent at relieving heat and cooling me down on hot days.
ConsThe product may have been a bit sloppily made... when pumping, it all leaked out. Other than that, there wasn't really anything disappointing.
TipAfter washing, immediately apply the toner pack and then blow-drying your hair is completely good. Since the hair dryer is hot, after all... I think I used it by keeping it in the refrigerator, so it felt more refreshing. These days, as the weather is getting hotter, I have also used it a lot to reduce heat.

ConsThere are no disappointing aspects, but I'm not sure about the pore elasticity effect^^ Pore home care with retinol or air shots is the best!
TipIt is better to store and use it in the refrigerator.

It's fragrance-free and the formula is incredibly lightweight and refreshing, so it doesn't feel heavy even in the summer. Also, when I use it during breakouts, I can definitely feel it calming things down, so I've been using it consistently.
ConsThe disappointing aspect is that although it is called a serum, I thought it would be a runny formula, but it seems to be just a toner. Normally I put toner in a spray bottle and use it as a mist, so if the packaging was a spray bottle instead of a pump, I think that would have been better.
TipRefrigerating it and then using it greatly maximizes the cooling sensation, which is great.

It's also transparent, so you can easily check how much product is left. 2.Texture I expected the serum to be thick and viscous, but it was actually watery and refreshing. It doesn't leave a greasy residue even after multiple applications, and absorbs well into the skin. This texture is perfect for oily skin types! 3.Fragrance I'm sensitive to fragrance, so I don't usually like scented skincare products. But this one is fragrance-free, which I really appreciate. 4)Overall Impression As someone with dehydrated skin, I often experience dryness. But using this boosting serum before my regular skincare routine helped address that dryness. It's also non-irritating and absorbs well, so I think I can continue using it even in the summer.
ConsAlthough the name "Cooling Serum" suggests immediate cooling, I, as a Hwahae enthusiast, was a bit disappointed that I didn't feel that immediate cooling effect. If you have extremely high expectations for the cooling sensation, it may not meet your expectations. As for the pore-refining benefits, I think I need to use it for a longer period to see the results.
TipIt was good just to apply it, but using it as a pack was even better for my dry skin! As the weather gets hotter and hotter, I think I'll be reaching for the basic first step more often!

It feels substantial without being overly sticky or thick, making it comfortable for everyday use. Application and Finish: This serum absorbs well into the skin, leaving no residue behind. While it's not overly sticky or viscous, it provides a fresh finish that keeps your skin hydrated for hours. Skin Condition and Effects After Use: This ampoule is so effective at alleviating deep dryness that you could use it alone without layering. I keep it in my bathroom to apply right after showering or cleansing. Not only does it provide long-lasting hydration, but it also seems to enhance the absorption of subsequent products. I typically struggle with skin heat that causes dark redness daily, so I need to use skincare that helps with redness control. The Cell Fusion C Cooling Skin Booster Serum amazingly calmed my redness, which was truly impressive. My complexion used to look red and dark due to redness, but after using this product for about a week, I was thrilled to see my skin maintain a bright, pink-toned appearance. Irritation Level: I didn't experience any blemishes, tingling, or redness while using this product, so I felt confident using it regularly.
ConsThe low viscosity means it can run off your hands easily. Be careful when applying!

In reality, it's more like the very first toner you'd apply. While not entirely watery, it's not viscous either. It's slightly thinner than even the more fluid popular serums and ampoules out there. Perhaps that's why you can layer it multiple times without feeling heavy - it just feels like pure hydration sinking into your skin. It's incredibly lightweight and refreshing. I alternate between applying it four times on my face and three times on my neck, gently patting it in for absorption. Apart from one or two minor blemishes (likely hormonal), I didn't experience any burning sensation or tingling that usually indicates when a product doesn't agree with my super sensitive skin. Since I started using this, as long as I apply a generous amount and let it absorb properly, I've had many days where I don't feel any dryness even after 20 hours. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my overall skin texture too. I'm also using niacinamide and madecassoside serums, as well as a hyaluronic acid serum, but I think having such a great first step in my skincare routine has made a significant difference.
ConsThe price point of around $20 for 150ml is quite steep. Even though it was developed by an influential beauty YouTuber and performs well, at this price, I wouldn't repurchase it regularly. It's just too expensive... Despite having "cooling" in its name, there's no immediate cooling sensation or noticeable temperature drop. There's only a slight coolness from the hydration. If you have dry skin, one or two layers won't be enough. You'll definitely need to layer it at least three times. When it comes to watery skin products like this, more is definitely better.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin, this product could be a game-changer in your daily skincare routine. Its lightweight formula allows for easy layering without feeling heavy or sticky, making it perfect for those who love to customize their hydration levels. The absence of irritation is a huge plus for those with sensitive skin, and the long-lasting hydration it provides could help balance both the oily and dry areas of combination skin. While the price might be a deterrent for some, the versatility and effectiveness of this product might make it worth the investment for those struggling to find the right balance in their skincare regimen.

When applied, it feels cool and absorbs quickly without any stickiness, leaving the skin feeling fresh.
ConsThere's not much to complain about, but I feel it might be slightly lacking in hydration.
TipI think it works well when you layer it multiple times.
