I received the product and used it, but then developed a skin rash (which is not due to this product). So now I'm writing this review... At first, I thought it was just a regular toner because of its watery texture, but when I applied the serum or ampoule, it felt so dense and nourishing, so I realized it's actually a skin booster. The usage experience is similar to the COSRX Skin Booster. When I used this product, my skin definitely looked smoother and more radiant, so my skin appeared really healthy. The skin booster effect is definitely noticeable!
Cons
The usage does not match the cooling concept. There is almost no cooling sensation. The toner I used to use seems cooler. Since I have sensitive skin with severe redness, I may be feeling this way. Those who purchased it expecting cooling may feel disappointed. It also feels like the cooling sensation has been slightly lowered for sensitive skin. I once used the Cellusion mask pack and it was so cooling that I was overwhelmed. Some people with sensitive skin can't use products with cooling, but this product seems fine as there was no chilling or irritating sensation at all.

First of all, I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of The Hwahae Testers. Let me share my thoughts: 1. Texture: It has a light, fluid consistency that I think would appeal to everyone, regardless of personal preferences. 2. Absorption and Stickiness: As the weather gets warmer, my skin tends to get oily and sweaty, so I usually avoid sticky products. This one, however, is fantastic - it absorbs quickly without any stickiness. The rapid absorption also seems to enhance the effectiveness of subsequent skincare steps. It sinks in completely without leaving any residue, making it suitable for all genders. 3. Fragrance: There's virtually no scent, which I absolutely love about this fragrance-free product. 4. Packaging: The sky-blue design of the container perfectly suits a summer-appropriate product, giving it a refreshingly cool appearance. I also appreciate the transparent pump bottle, as it allows me to easily see how much product I've used and how much is left. 5. Ingredients: The gentle, skin-friendly ingredients are a big plus. 6. User Experience: As I've been searching for cooling products with the approaching warm weather, this product is perfect for me. I've always struggled with enlarged pores and overheated skin in summer, but this product addresses these concerns effectively. I apply it immediately after cleansing as the first step in my routine, and the cooling sensation is wonderful. Being an oil-free, water-based texture, it's also suitable for oily skin types. I typically layer multiple toner-like products, and this one layers beautifully, absorbing well even with multiple applications. I've always been a fan of Cell Fusion C products, but I have a particular affection for this one and anticipate using it frequently. Thank you for creating such an excellent product!
Cons
I couldn't find any significant drawbacks. However, it would be great if a larger size option was available.
Tip
I found that layering multiple applications worked even better. For those with dry skin, following up with a moisturizing cream would be beneficial.

It's pretty good and easy to use! As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin that's prone to redness and resembles a sunfish, I can't use just anything. But I've been loving the CellFusion C Cooling Pads, so I applied to be a Hwahae Tester! As expected... this cooling line is fantastic. Zero irritation for blemishes, and the cooling effect helps with redness while providing surprisingly good hydration. It absorbs well, so you can use it like a watery toner any time, morning or night. I highly recommend this for those with super sensitive skin and blemishes. Give it a try without hesitation!
Cons
My only regret is not discovering this product sooner!
Tip
I apply 2-3 pumps on my cheeks and forehead, patting it in. It's like giving your skin a big drink of water!

I've been using another brand's skin booster, so I decided to compare them. In the photo, the left is the other brand's skin booster serum, and the right is the Cell Fusion C skin booster serum. There's hardly any visible difference in the photo... but the Cell Fusion C had a slightly less viscous, more water-like texture. It felt like it provided a lighter hydration. Of course, once applied to the face, I didn't notice much difference. Both are great at combating deep dryness and offer much better hydration than a toner! The cooling effect was quite nice for this type of product. Of course, if you were expecting the same level of cooling as Cell Fusion C's cooling toner pads or mask packs, you might be disappointed, but for the first step in skincare, it wasn't bad at all. I'm not a fan of exfoliating toners or peeling pads, but since my face tends to get warm easily, this product was perfect for me. It might be even better if kept in the fridge... The price is reasonable for the amount you get, and I'm very satisfied!
Cons
It could have had a stronger cooling effect, perhaps? But other than that, it didn't cause any blemishes and was great overall.
Tip
It's perfect for putting in an empty mist bottle.

This is a review from The Hwahae Testers! I absolutely loved that despite being called a serum, it has a watery toner-like texture, making it so easy to apply generously without any worry. Given its cooling effect, I was concerned it might become very drying after a while. However, it turned out to be much better than I expected! I have combination dehydrated skin, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that just two layers kept my skin feeling hydrated for quite a long time! I've been a fan of the YouTuber who co-developed this product and had been eager to try it. It definitely lived up to my expectations! I usually struggle with makeup not adhering well due to excess dead skin cells, but after gently wiping with this product, it smoothed out my skin texture beautifully. My makeup went on noticeably better than usual. I absolutely adore this product!
Cons
I did experience a slight flare-up of folliculitis. While I don't think it was entirely due to this product, it did seem to exacerbate the condition when used on areas with existing mild folliculitis. This is probably true for most skincare products though!

First of all, I'm incredibly grateful to The Hwahae Testers for selecting me. I hope this review will be helpful to many readers! Packaging: The plastic bottle is quite sturdy and doesn't flex much. For 150ml, it has a bit of heft to it. At first glance, I thought it was glass! I've included a size comparison photo. The packaging really emphasizes the cooling effect. Texture: When you shake the bottle, it seems to have some viscosity, but it's actually very watery like a liquid toner. The color is just clear. It absorbs faster than a typical water-based toner, and there's no stickiness or pilling, making it comfortable to use. The product description claims an 'instant cooling effect, -5.4°C reduction,' but I was surprised to feel almost no cooling when applying it once after cleansing. You can feel a slight cooling effect if you layer it 2-3 times or use it with other skincare products. Still, it's not -5°C... it's a very mild cooling sensation. I saw a YouTuber mention it was developed for a mild cooling effect... so what's with the '-5.4°C' claim in the product details? Scent: There's an extremely subtle mint-like fragrance. It's so faint that even those sensitive to scents like me should be able to use it comfortably. Unless you have a super-sensitive nose, it's practically unscented. Effects: It claims to improve pores, elasticity, brightening, and wrinkles. I didn't use other products with overlapping effects except for brightening. I used it as the first step in my skincare routine as directed. After 1 week: I used it whenever I felt deep dryness, as some reviews mentioned it helps with that. It definitely seems to alleviate deep dryness when layered. I focused on my T-zone where I have pore concerns, and I feel like I'm getting fewer blackheads? It might be my imagination though. I haven't noticed other effects yet, but I'll keep using it. However, the cooling effect is really not as strong as I expected. After 2 weeks: Apart from providing hydration, I haven't noticed any dramatic skin improvements. I'm not sure about pores or elasticity... But two weeks is a short time for product testing. My complexion might have brightened slightly, but I can't say for sure if it's due to this product. Overall: 5/10. I found it to be an average product with no major disappointments or standout features. I'll continue using it as the first step in my skincare routine, but I won't repurchase it with my own money once it's finished.
Cons
It's disappointing that a product emphasizing its cooling effect actually has such a mild cooling sensation when used...

Here's my review after using it for 2 weeks! In my 20s, I had extremely oily skin (plus acne), but entering my 30s, oil production decreased, and now I have combination dehydrated skin. Back then, I didn't feel much tightness even if I didn't rush to apply skincare after cleansing. Now, if I don't apply something after washing my face, it feels tight and like my skin barrier is crumbling. That's why this is perfect as a skin booster. Applying serum directly to bare skin now requires too much product! So, I often use toners or pads as the first skincare step, but watery serums are too liquid-like (I use those with cotton pads for daily dead skin cell removal...), and thicker toners make it feel like subsequent hydrating serums don't absorb well. This has just the right consistency in between, making 'skin booster' the perfect description! They really nailed the texture. Since I use cleansing water, I don't often use pads for evening skincare, so I especially love this type of formula. Among runny toners, this is the most water-like? The 150ml pump bottle is great too! I love that it's not one of those bottles you have to shake vigorously to get the product out~
Cons
It's labeled as 'Cooling!', so I expected a cooling effect similar to the same company's cooling pads or cooling sheet masks (both are amazing in summer...), but it's not quite to that level. It's more like a cool hydrating sensation?
Tip
It doesn't pill even when layered multiple times. I think it would be great to keep it in the fridge during summer and apply several layers to reduce heat and feel refreshed!

I'm here to share my honest review after winning this amazing opportunity! Let's talk about the Cellfusion C Post Alpha Cooling Skin Booster Serum. Skin type: Extremely sensitive combination dehydrated skin Volume: 150ml (generous size) This serum truly lives up to its 'cooling' name. After using an exfoliating toner, it's fantastic for calming irritated skin. I've been using it not just before bed, but also before makeup. When I apply it under my cushion foundation, it reduces patchiness and works wonders. The gentle ingredients and reasonable price, coupled with the large volume, mean I can apply it liberally without worry. The texture is like flowing water, with a slight hint of richness. I enjoy both watery and rich serums, so this one hits the spot for me in terms of how it absorbs.
Cons
After using it for over a week, I can't find any real drawbacks. As someone whose skin tends to act up with every season change, I'm extremely satisfied. It's cool and refreshing, and hasn't caused any blemishes. It suits my sensitive skin so well that I plan to purchase it with my own money once I run out.
Tip
If your skin tends to flare up with seasonal changes, or if you struggle with excess heat, redness, or sensitivity, try applying this cooling serum after a gentle exfoliating toner. It quickly helps bring down skin temperature.

This was my first time trying a skincare product with cooling ingredients, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as irritating as I expected and didn't feel artificial on my skin. As a skin booster serum, it was perfect for the first step of my skincare routine, gently opening up the hydration pathways. It also paired well with any type of ampoule I used afterward, regardless of the variety. And this might seem minor, but the pump dispenser made it super convenient to spray directly onto my face. I'm already enjoying it, but I have a feeling it's going to be my go-to product as the weather heats up this summer!
Cons
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I'm satisfied with this product as it hasn't caused any blemishes or skin reactions. However, for those expecting an intense cooling sensation, the cooling effect might be a bit underwhelming.
Tip
When your skin feels hot, spritz this generously all over your face for a soothing effect. It works wonders as a calming treatment. Using it as your first essence leaves your skin incredibly hydrated!

I have dry-ish skin prone to acne and blemishes. It's also quite sensitive. This product truly lives up to its name as a 'skin serum'. It has a watery texture that feels light like a toner on initial application, but wraps around the skin like a serum. It's such a lightweight product that I can layer it multiple times without any heaviness, even on my skin type. It really helps to even out my skin texture. At first, I thought it might be a bit sticky, but it absorbs so well that it's not an issue at all. I applied 6 pumps and put on acne patches, and they didn't fall off. That says it all, doesn't it? There's a slight cooling effect. Even without refrigeration, it gives a mild minty cool sensation. If you want a more intense cooling effect, you could chill it before use.
Cons
There's a slight irritation if it touches open acne spots, but it's not severe. If it gets in your eyes, it doesn't cause major pain, but you should still try to avoid that. Because it's so watery, you need to use at least 6 pumps to address deep dryness. Given the large volume, you could use it this way morning and night for at least 2 months. Don't expect any pore-minimizing effects at all. Use a different product for that.
Tip
With its slight cooling effect and oil-free formula, it's perfect as a mist too.
