Pros
This is a toner that I've been using consistently since I was in the military! First of all, it overwhelms with its quantity, and although it was originally intended for spot treatment, given the military's characteristic of not allowing personal items to be used freely, and since my entire face was in a state of acne alert, it was fine for me to apply it all over. It gives a feeling of removing excess oil, and I think it's a product with a generally good balance, without any tightness and also good for soothing. I would often reapply it and rinse my face with water when I was sweating during the day, and it worked very well for me. It doesn't have any particularly outstanding features, but it's not lacking either, and it's a product that I'm generally satisfied with, without causing any problems.
Cons
The first thing you notice when you open the lid is the scent! I got used to it and didn't mind it, but it's strong enough that people around me can smell it right after application. Pros
I've been using the Sioris Witch Hazel Lavender Toner for about 5 years now~ I thought medicated toners would be irritating and strong since they're for targeted areas, but this one is so gentle and works great for my whole face. Even though it contains alcohol, it doesn't dry out my skin at all. It's really quite amazing..that's why I'm using it all over my face. Most importantly, it's excellent at soothing blemishes and tightening pores. The Sioris Toner is a holy grail product for me. I strongly recommend it to those with oily and combination skin types. For dry skin types, I highly suggest the alcohol-free toners~ It's really not drying at all and works wonderfully.
Cons
The only downside is that I wish the packaging could be improved a bit. The scent is a bit like disinfectant..
Tip
Soak a cotton pad with the toner and apply it to your pores. Apply it to blemish-prone areas and leave it on overnight. The next day, your blemishes will be gone. It also quickly calms down redness and itchiness.

My hands were rough, but when I wiped them with a damp cotton pad, the tightness was greatly reduced.
Cons

After watching Director Pai's video and checking the ingredients, I became a person who buys cosmetics for skin care and diet. My skin type is oily. Overall, I don't have any tightness on my skin. The T-zone, including my forehead and nose, tends to get oily, and I usually wear makeup for a long time. The first thing that came to my mind when I first received this product was the smell. It was seriously strong and I couldn't remember what it smelled like - was it a hospital? Or some strange smell? So I was wondering how to use this, and when I wiped my face with a cotton pad, it stung. So I thought, 'Oh no, this is bad!' I love this toner of my life ~ ~ I ordered it again today! Even though the toner doesn't have much effect, I give it to my friends. This is the 6th one I've given to my friends. But this time, I didn't give it to a friend and ordered it again myself haha. This is the first time I've reordered the toner because I really liked it ~ My skin is dry, but when I apply this, it doesn't feel tight or dry. If I'm too lazy to apply a moisturizer and essence, I just use this one haha. I'll order it again when I finish this bottle.

The toner I used to wipe off was refreshing in both scent and application. Despite containing alcohol, it didn't feel overly drying.
Cons
But why am I not seeing any effects? I have a lot of acne scars on my face, and I have small bumpy acne on my chin, chest, and back. I wiped my face with cotton pads morning and night, but it's still the same.

Pros
I tend to use toners generously, so I've tried many different types, and this one is the best for my skin. I don't use it for spot treatment, but as a daily toner for the past 3 years or so. Based on my experience, the Medicated version of the Seacret toner is the best among the Seacret toner line. Compared to other toners, I feel like I get fewer breakouts with this one. Realistically, it's hard to expect pharmaceutical-level effects from cosmetics. So for me, the key criteria in choosing cosmetics is whether they cause breakouts or not. Considering that, this toner has good ingredients and causes relatively few breakouts, especially for the price. They say continuous use of products with alcohol can dry out the skin, but I haven't experienced that at all, even after using it for a long time.
Cons
The alcohol content can sting a bit if it gets in your eyes by mistake. The Medicated version of the Seacret toner line is sometimes delayed in being imported.
Tip
By the way, I really dislike that heavy, sticky feeling, so I don't use essences, lotions, or moisturizers. After cleansing, I just wipe my face with the Medicated toner on a cotton pad, and then pat on the Seacret Alcohol-free toner instead of a lotion.
