  Those with super sensitive skin should absolutely avoid this. Even I, with relatively non-sensitive skin, felt a tingling sensation. For those with sensitive skin... Oh no...

  I've been using this for two years now. I apply a small amount like an ointment only when I have red blemishes. The next day, the blemishes disappear - it's amazing! My husband highly praises it too. Thanks to this product, I worry less about acne and skin troubles.

  Cons

  When applied, it stings on the blemishes. Although the blemishes disappear the next day, so I'm not worried now, I was quite concerned at first.

  Pros

  I started using this based on a friend's recommendation, and I've noticed a significant reduction in blemishes. When a few pop up, they seem to calm down quickly! Given my history of frequent breakouts, this might be a relative improvement, but I'm quite pleased with the results.

  Cons

  The quantity is quite small for the price... Also, there's a slight tingling sensation after application, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with super sensitive skin.

  Applying this to emerging blemishes before bed was almost like magic. About two-thirds of the spots would be significantly reduced by morning. I still use it occasionally with great results.

  Cons

  While I'm mostly satisfied, it can sting a bit when applied to severe breakouts. The scent might be hit or miss for some people.

  I bought this at duty-free after hearing good things about it. I wanted to use it for my milia acne. Well... it seems to reduce the size of blemishes somewhat, but...

  Cons

  Even when I applied just a small amount, it stung and caused a burning sensation on my skin.

  It seems to make my skin look redder. I'm a bit disappointed.

  Pros

  I have skin prone to small blemishes, but after applying this for about 3 days, most of them subside without leaving scars. I've been using it for about 3 years now, and it's been absolutely fantastic!

  Cons

  It stings a bit, but for me, it actually seemed to have a calming effect... (Is that strange?)

  Tip

  It's highly effective when applied to very small areas using a cotton swab

  Pros

  Apply it at night, and when you wake up in the morning, about two-thirds of your blemishes have calmed down! I don't know about anything else, but the results are immediate. It's quite a satisfying product.

  Cons

  After application, it stings a bit, but that seems to be something you have to put up with. Also, it's a bit sticky, so if your hair touches it, it clings on like glue. Be extremely careful with your hair.

  Pros

  I used to stress about blemishes that popped up during seasonal changes or around my period. I've tried all sorts of spot treatments and patches, but nothing works as quickly as this product. In just 1-2 days, the blemishes disappear completely. It's so effective that even my mom steals it! I've been using it for about 4-5 years now, on my 4th tube. When I apply a pea-sized amount to problem areas before bed, I wake up to noticeably calmer skin.

  Cons

  It stings a bit when applied, and if you use it near your eyes (like on the cheekbones), it can make your eyes feel slightly sensitive.

  I bought this because I liked the Kiehl's brand. After trying it, I learned the importance of value for money and switched to other products.

  Cons

  Even though I don't have super sensitive skin, it caused a tingling sensation when applied. The scent is slightly pine-like, but an unpleasant pine smell. It was effective when I had a lot of blemishes, but didn't work when acne was just starting to appear.
