It really improved so much in just one day. Even though I didn't wear any makeup and diligently cared for it for two weeks, the troubling spots that I didn't think would go away have lost their redness and improved significantly. The change that happened in just one day is surprisingly good!
Cons
When applied partially, it creates a matte-like film only on that area. But when rubbed with the hands, it smears like dirt.

As I have sensitive skin, I sometimes get pimples or acne, and I use this product whenever that happens. I've been using it like an emergency medication for years now. When I use it at the first sign of trouble, it seems to help prevent the trouble from getting too serious. Of course, it doesn't stop severe breakouts, but it helps. I also really like the refreshing, cool feeling it has when I apply it. I tried the new Kiehl's product, but this one seems better to me.

It feels refreshing and soothing. When you have milia or inflammatory acne, applying it seems to have a calming effect, and if you use it for 2-3 days, the acne goes away!!!!! After using this, I don't squeeze my acne anymore.

I think it definitely helped with the breakouts that came from a friend's recommendation. It was noticeable that even when one or two pimples appeared, they would quickly subside. Although I tend to have a lot of acne, it seemed to work relatively well for me, with fewer breakouts and faster healing than I'm used to.

The amount of product for the price is quite small... And there is a slight stinging sensation after application, so I wouldn't really recommend it for those with sensitive skin.
