I'm going to use it for my millet acne. Hmm... it seems like the blemish size is decreasing. But it's getting redder. ใ .ใ
ConsEven when I applied a small amount, it was very irritating and stinging. ใ ใ

I tried using it for a long time to see the effects, but I should have stopped using it much earlier.
ConsI have sensitive skin, and it was too stinging at first. I endured it, thinking it was being disinfected. When I applied it to my acne, something similar seemed to appear, and I felt like my pores were getting clogged, though I'm not sure if that was the reason. So after using it for a few days, one of the blemishes disappeared, but then it came back again. I think creams work better for me than gels.
TipIf it doesn't suit you, I'd recommend just throwing it away. Like me, you might end up wasting money by trying to use it up.

It was fine in the beginning to control it.
ConsHowever, after a month, no matter how much I apply, I don't feel it sinking in as deeply as before, and one time I applied it, it was much more stinging than usual. But this product is supposed to be stinging, so I thought nothing of it. But when I woke up the next day, there was a brownish scar-like mark. After that, bye-bye... I've been applying scar ointment, but the marks are still faintly there.

It's not something I use daily, but it's like an emergency medication that I always keep at home just in case. When I apply it, the next morning I find that my acne has disappeared, but it's not a dramatically effective product. This product is effective for yellowish, pus-filled acne (the kind that looks like it's about to burst). When you have acne that has become white and swollen, if you apply the product in a circular motion, a chemical reaction occurs almost immediately, and you can see the effects (it's less effective if the acne is less developed). After letting it dry properly and washing your face the next day, the pus is gone, and the acne has subsided. It's similar to the effect of acne patches, but with a more physical, chemical action that can calm down the blemish without having to pop it. I really like this gentle product (I really dislike popping pimples). As a result, there are also fewer acne scars left behind compared to manually treating the blemishes.
ConsThere is definitely a somewhat irritating sensation with this product. It contains menthol, so it can feel stinging and uncomfortable when applied, especially on already ruptured acne. It doesn't seem suited for use on already popped blemishes. Overall, it's a product that can be quite good if used properly and with the right understanding.

The effects also appear quickly, and I saw the calming effect on my blemishes within two days at the latest.
ConsIt may vary by individual, but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin. The effects are good, but it was very irritating to use, and the skin around the blemishes became very dry, and the skin regeneration took a long time.

First, the transparent formula was not too burdensome, and I liked it. It doesn't drip after application, which is good... Certainly, my acne seems to be gradually diminishing after using it.
ConsHowever, the amount is a bit small... I felt uneasy when purchasing it. The moment I applied it, it stung really badly due to the menthol ingredient. After application, my skin turned reddish. So I passed it on to my younger sister. I didn't have this issue when using other acne spot treatments or medications. It's best to avoid this if you have sensitive skin..
TipIt works well when applied to ripe, inflamed acne. Never squeeze your acne. Applying it after squeezing makes the scarring worse..

I was recommended it for acne and trouble skin consultation.
ConsEven though I applied it diligently morning and night, the acne did not improve and actually worsened (I'm not sure if this was the reason for the worsening). According to the store staff, they recommended to apply it more frequently, but it still had almost no effect. ใ
TipApplying it with a cotton swab..

That's it.
ConsI've never actually experienced it helping to calm down or get rid of my blemishes. I think I had set my expectations too high from the beginning. What frustrated me the most, regardless of the ingredients, was that when I applied it to the same area for two consecutive days, that area would turn extremely red, as if it had received a fraxel treatment ใ ใ ใ ใ Most acne doesn't clear up immediately after just one application, and even after applying it for a few days, the effects are hit-or-miss. But when I applied it for two days in a row, just that area would get so inflamed ใ ใ ใ ใ In the end, I had to use a steroid ointment to recover the inflamed skin ใ ใ ใ ใ The Aesop one didn't cause any issues even when I used it for consecutive days... But after finishing that, I tried the Kiehl's one and it was a disaster after just two days of use ใ ใ
TipFor those with sensitive skin, it's recommended to check for any allergy-inducing ingredients before using the product.

Trial Reviewers' reviews undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsI received samples from Kiehl's and tried them out, and the effects were truly amazing, so I bought the product. Now I've completely switched over to Kiehl's. The narrow opening makes it easy to control the amount. I apply it a little around the troubled areas, and by the next day, the redness and size have diminished. I was worried that it might cause more oil production, but that was an unnecessary concern. My skin is really sensitive, and at first, it felt a bit irritating, but it doesn't turn red and it's good. It's a true lifesaver. I even packed it for my school trip and always make sure to have it with me.
ConsThe alcohol-like scent divides opinions. Before it dries, it sticks to the hair and feels sticky, so you have to lie still until it's fully dried. I'm not sure if it's because of increased sebum production or if the effects are wearing off, but two pimples suddenly appeared last week, and even though I've been applying it consistently, the effects haven't shown yet. On the days when my skin is unusually sensitive, using it makes my face turn really red and hot.

ConsI used it once and then had a gap of a few years before using it again, and my skin seems to have become sensitive, so the refreshing feeling was more of a stinging pain. And the area around the spots also felt hot and had some red, rough spots appear. Not recommended for sensitive skin.
