Pros
The blemishes seem to be going down. Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping, but the 2 blemishes around my nose and forehead have gone down.
Cons
It stings a lot when I apply it. After using this and going to the Tzone and Cheek zones, everything became even more red and inflamed. Personally, I don't recommend it. I trusted all of La Roche-Posay's products, but because of this, I had to go to a dermatologist, and they said I have a lotion allergy... Sensitive acne-prone skin I have a complete bomb skin This is an honest review I saw the Bifidalactobacillus ampoule and Dr.G cream that people said were good on the Hwahae app, and quickly bought them to calm my skin that had become chaotic. The content here is not what I intended to write, but I'm writing about the effects I saw in this area. After using that ampoule and cream, my skin became completely chaotic and I was in an uproar. And now I'm writing a review after using the La Roche-Posay toner (gift) and essence. Tiny bumps and large inflammatory acne were popping up like crazy, but from the 3rd day of using this essence, the calming began. It's been 6 days now. The popped-up ones have mostly subsided, but the reddish, chaotic skin is still the same. I'll have to use it more to know for sure, but the calming effect is definite.
Cons
The one-star deduction is because it stings terribly the moment you apply it... Extremely..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I think it's because of the citric acid in the ingredients. The dermatologist also said my skin is thick but sensitive. Sensitive people may feel a stinging sensation. I'm enduring the stinging while seeing the calming effect (the stinging is decreasing day by day.. so it's bearable)
Tip
I don't like applying multiple skincare products without knowing the effects, so I'm just using the toner and this one. From the 4th day, this cream alone was a bit drying, so I've been using it together with the Cha&Park DR2 cream. That works perfectly. My pores are quite large and I'm oily, so when there's too much sebum, it gets extremely shiny, but this essence doesn't make me overly shiny and has good moisture, so I like it.

The only thing I liked about using this product was its good spreadability.

It absorbs really quickly, which is great!!!!!!!!

When I first applied it, it felt a bit stingy, I guess you could say. It's still early days, so I'll have to keep an eye on it. If it really doesn't work for me, I'll have to toss it unfortunately. It's a shame though.

Pros
First, I have combination skin that is prone to dehydration. I usually get a lot of milia and my skin is blotchy. After using Effaclar K, my milia have subsided significantly. Of course, they still come back a bit when I'm lacking sleep or under stress, but applying Effaclar K makes my skin feel balanced without feeling heavy. I think those with oily skin can use it without any concerns.
Cons
I've tried both Effaclar Duo and Effaclar K, and at first I felt a stinging sensation when using the Duo. I had read reviews about the stinging, but I chose the Duo because it seemed more widely used. Ultimately, though, the K worked better for my skin. I really recommend testing them out and going with the one that suits your skin best. The only downside to the K is that it's a bit tricky to squeeze out every last bit when the bottle is almost empty.

This is my fourth repurchase, and I'm still using it. At the beginning of this year, my cystic acne was particularly severe, so I used it, and I really saw great results!
