I was recommended this product by a friend, who said it completely cleared their acne. I ended up buying it at a high price, but my skin just kept getting worse. I started developing painful, hard acne lesions that kept spreading. The amount of product was also way too much - I used it all up but there was still a lot left over, so I ended up just throwing the rest away. When I used this, my skin became extremely dry and dehydrated. No other products could seem to fix the dryness. But this Kiehl's cream was actually too moisturizing and oily for my skin. So I think this would be good for people with very dry, dehydrated skin, but not for me with oily, acne-prone skin.
Cons
I'm not sure why the ingredients are like that, but it has parabens and a lot of different oils like almond, olive, and squalane, which aren't exactly lightweight. The product may have been reformulated, but even the new version seems to have good reviews from what I've seen.

Pros
It's incredibly moisturizing without any dryness! I usually don't bother applying other skincare products, but the Ultra Facial Cream alone makes my skin feel hydrated and supple in no time!
Cons
When your skin is in poor condition, it's best to apply an essence along with your other products.

Pros
The hospital said that there are hardly any people as dry as us in our country...but to be honest, this was better for me than the cream I was prescribed. It's the best for dry skin...especially essential in the winter. I've been using this exclusively for a few years now and it's really the best!
Cons
The price and...the scent are a bit disappointing, but it's fine once you get used to it.

The fragrance is almost odorless, so even those who are very sensitive to fragrances can use it without any issues. The color is a white cream with an incredibly smooth application. It's not too heavy or too light. After application, there was no feeling of the cream sitting on top of the skin, and it wasn't oily, but the moisturizing effect was definitely stronger than the hydrating effect. The cream itself seems to have a well-balanced oil-water ratio. It doesn't smear and the moderate moisturizing effect is good, as it doesn't peel off when applied before makeup.
Cons
Dry skin types may find it a bit light for solo use, but these days there are many skincare products with good ingredients.
Tip
I think those with oily skin can also use it as a moisturizer in the winter, as long as they adjust the amount. For dry skin types, it would be good to apply the Kiehl's Hydrating Cream as the last step of the skincare routine and finish with a few drops of oil.

It was lightweight and had good absorbency. It also seemed to have decent moisturizing properties.
Cons
I found it irritating. I have a bit of acne and combination skin (dry and oily), and at first it was extremely stinging and reddening. But I persisted and applied it little by little, and it wasn't as irritating. Still, I don't intend to repurchase it.
