  My skin type is combination dehydrated. I bought Kiehl's moisturizer because I heard it had great hydrating power, but it didn't suit my skin type.

  Cons

  I purchased it hoping to solve my deep dryness, but it just felt rich without addressing the dryness. Some say it stings at first but gets better, however for me, the tingling sensation persisted. I also kept getting small blemishes. Now I'm using it as a body lotion and hand cream instead!

  Tip

  Since opinions on this product vary widely, I recommend visiting a Kiehl's store to test it before buying.

  First off, with long-term use, I felt like it really balanced my skin's oil and moisture levels. It definitely provided a hydrating effect, and as someone with extremely dry skin, I think Kiehl's has been a real lifesaver! You know how it goes with famous products - you think 'Oh wow, it really lives up to the hype' and end up sticking with it for ages. I remember using this religiously for almost two years. If you catch it duty-free, I think the price isn't too bad for the amount you get. However...

  Many people mention a burning sensation, and I experienced that too. I kept using it thinking I'd get used to it, but while it was fine sometimes, the burning would come back. The more crucial issue was that my skin's balance changed during this time - my surface oil increased dramatically. At first, I thought this was better than looking dry and flaky, so I continued using it. But the oiliness just wouldn't subside! I even started getting cystic acne that I never had before. I kept thinking it couldn't be because of Kiehl's since I'd used it for so long, but after switching products, my oiliness reduced significantly. It was like an oil explosion before! I'm currently working on rebalancing my skin. I might try it again if my skin gets super dry in the future.

  First off, I love how moisturizing it is. Highly recommended for dry skin types. It has a rich, creamy texture that feels luxurious.

  Not recommended for combination dehydrated skin. Unfortunately, it caused blemishes for me. Small bumps and whiteheads started appearing.

  I liked that there was no stickiness after applying, and I didn't feel particularly dry even after waking up

  Cons

  Everyone said it was good, so I tried it, but personally, it really didn't work for me. I have combination dehydrated skin with redness, and when I applied it, my nose area felt slightly tingly. The next day, blemishes appeared right away. I'm not sure which ingredient didn't agree with me, but if you have super sensitive skin, I recommend carefully checking the ingredients list!

  Tip

  Those with sensitive skin should be cautious! It didn't work for me, but my sister said it was just okay - neither bad nor good.
