Pros
The gel formula has excellent spreadability! In terms of absorption, it is a bit slow to absorb. When I apply it on emerging blemishes and go to sleep, the redness is significantly reduced and the blemishes are much calmer the next morning!! Also, if I apply a thin layer on skin that is red and inflamed from heat, the redness goes away quickly!! It seems to be great for quickly soothing blemishes in a short period of time ><

It's really great. When I apply it before bed and sleep, there are fewer blemishes the next morning compared to the previous day. I'm not sure about the milia, but it seems effective for inflammatory acne.
Cons
The volume is too small... I have acne all over my face, so I need to apply it to my entire face, but it's almost used up after about 10 applications.
Tip
On days when my skin is really troubled, I just use this and skip the toner and lotion - it helps reduce the blemishes a lot.
