I happened to come across the news that the Acnes Spot Clear Gel is good for suppurative acne, so I purchased it from Olive Young, and now I have used up one bottle and repurchased it to continue using!! When I had inflamed acne or closed comedones, I applied it to the affected areas and found that they subsided a bit the next day. I really liked that aspect.

As I mentioned in the positive points, I once applied it incorrectly to my cystic acne, and it really stung, so I immediately wiped it off. It's important to be careful and apply it properly. As soon as I came in, I almost cried because the ratings were too low. This product was the only one that worked for me. When you apply it, the improvement is immediately visible. I'm worried that if I pop pimples and put on patches, they'll fall off. And if I keep putting them on, I get frustrated seeing them stuck all over the place. But with this, just lightly brushing it on with a cotton swab and letting it dry forms a film that works great as a patch substitute. It actually helps calm things down too.
Cons
If you apply it after popping pimples, it will sting quite a bit. That's how strong the irritation is. And after it dries, even just brushing against it will cause the residue to flake off. It's best not to touch the areas you've applied it to.
Tip
For those of you who think applying a lot or just putting it directly on pimples will really help calm things down - I absolutely do not recommend doing that. This seems to be optimal for cystic acne! When I apply it to my red, swollen, and pus-filled acne and sleep, I can visibly see it calming down a lot.

This is a brand that targets acne as the main focus. It was only effective for inflammatory acne. It worked better on inflammatory acne, but was less effective on closed comedones. You don't see immediate results, but need to apply it consistently to see the effects.
