It has a soft, powdery finish and brightens the complexion. This BB cream applies smoothly and seems like a versatile, easy-to-use product. What's with these granules in the BB cream? Why does only mine have these particles? I contacted Bonjour, and they said it's because of the high concentration of active ingredients that didn't mix well. They couldn't even specify what these active ingredients were! (What kind of explanation is that?!) Anyway, I received a new product, but it still had granules! In the comparison photo, the BB cream below is Sidmool Eco Soothing BB. Please look at the cream's surface. While this BB cream has a powdery finish, it's so dry that it made my combination dehydrated skin crack. I might need to layer it over a solid skincare base, but I'm too worried about those granules to use it. I've never seen a BB cream like this before. If anyone else has experienced this, please leave a comment! It might work better if applied over a solid skincare base. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinApr 16, 2019
It's easy to use and absorbs well with a nice adherence to the skin. I also like the color. It seems to lack a bit of richness and feels somewhat dry. It also gives a slightly dull impression. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2018
I loved how it applies lightly with a whipped cream-like texture, and it covers pores better than the previous product (Dr. Jart+) I used. While it's lightweight, it feels a bit dry. It might be fine for those with good skin, but it's not enough to cover redness or acne marks. I use this as a base and then pat on a more coverage-focused BB cream on top. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 11, 2018
Absorbs smoothly and evenly. Although the shade seems light, it's not too overwhelming for me with shade 23 (it can look bright if applied heavily). Not sticky at all. Covers most imperfections well. Seems great for daily use. Might be too matte for the upcoming winter. Other than that, nothing particularly negative... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2018
This product is unbeatable when it comes to coverage and how it absorbs! Plus, I've heard the ingredients are great too. It's a fantastic all-around product for everyday use. However, if you don't get along with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, you might want to steer clear... These folks usually don't do well with regular sunscreens either... Essentially, these ingredients are like stone powder, which blocks UV rays from reaching your skin. But imagine putting stone powder on your face! Of course it's going to clog your pores. Deep cleansing is a must. Also, if you have sensitive or oily skin, you might want to avoid this. The oil can further clog your pores and lead to blemishes... I speak from experience... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 31, 2017
Since I have very sensitive skin, I used products that were good for my skin and suited my skin, so the product I used was much better than the one I used before, so I am satisfied. First of all, there is no trouble, and the application is very good. It seems to have a primer function, and it nicely covers the pores and controls the redness. Considering the ingredients, the durability is quite good, and I liked how it broke down beautifully. If I can't find anything special for the time being, I think I'll stick with this one. :) For some products, even though I use shade 21, it feels a little too dark for my skin tone, which is quite bright. This one is closer to shade 22, which is very disappointing. For those with bright skin tones, there is a tone-up cream, and I found it perfect when I applied it before. If you apply a light powder to the T-zone, the cheek area, and the chin at the end, like a shadow makeup, it should be fine. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 11, 2017
The coverage and adherence are great! It seems to apply smoothly and evenly. Over time, it becomes too oily and my face looks greasy ㅠㅠ And the tone is limited to one, which looks too pale on me ㅠㅠ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 12, 2017
At first, it had a lot of yellow undertones, so I was worried it would look too yellow, but when I applied it, it matched my skin tone well and the application wasn't bad either. I've been using it without any issues, and no additional breakouts have occurred. The coverage is a bit lacking, but it can be used with a concealer. It might work well for those with good skin. For me, the oil started coming through after just two hours, and the longevity was similar to other products I've tried. It's a shame that it doesn't have any UV protection and only comes in one shade. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 3, 2017
Considering the gentle coverage of this BB cream, it has decent coverage. The application is smooth, but there is a slight sense of moisture, which tends to become a bit dry over time. The color is a bit on the yellow side, so it doesn't suit me very well. However, the lasting power is a bit lacking - it starts to stand out in pore shapes after around 4 hours. But since my skin is sensitive, this product doesn't cause any breakouts, so I'm planning to repurchase it. I carry it with me and touch it up periodically. On the plus side, it doesn't cake up when applied thinly. The lasting power is a bit disappointing. It's not that the makeup just disappears, but the pores become extremely prominent and break down. Reapplying makeup is a must. Apply it thinly~ Pat it on to improve the coverage. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2017
People said it was dull, but it's more vibrant than expected and has good spreadability. I'm very sensitive to oil components and acid-based ingredients, so I couldn't properly use any sunblock, BB cream, CC cream, or foundation. I've been using the Bonjour Green Tea Moisturizing Cream, so I had faith in the brand and the BB cream seemed to not have any problematic ingredients for me, so I bought a sample and tried it. But after 4-5 hours of wearing it, my face started itching terribly, so I immediately washed it off, and it was so itchy and burning that I was scratching and slapping my face in a panic. The next day, everyone was asking me what was wrong with my face, if I was sick... I didn't want to go to the hospital for steroid treatment, but the next day it got even worse, so I ended up rushing to the dermatologist anyway. The ingredients didn't seem bad, but for my sensitive skin, the BB cream was just too much with all the extracts in it. I had exclaimed that this would be the BB cream for me when I first applied it, but my stubborn, irritated skin makes finding the right cosmetics so difficult. If you have sensitive skin, be sure to get samples from the Bonjour website and check if the product suits you before using it! If you have dry skin, you can mix the BB cream with a moisturizer or a drop of oil to make it apply more smoothly and give a nice glow.
