As someone with combination dehydrated skin, sensitive skin, and prone to small blemishes when changing skincare products, this one suits me quite well. Since I usually only wear sunscreen and don't care much about coverage, I find this better than sunscreen alone as it also evens out my skin tone. The staying power is a bit lacking. It's matte, so if you apply it alone, it's hard to absorb and tends to pill a bit. I've been mixing it with Innisfree sunscreen, and it works wonderfully. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 25, 2016
The coverage is great~~ It seems like it would be good for oily skin~~ For dry skin, I'd say the application is a bit heavy.. It's difficult to spread just one BB cream evenly on the face, so I mix it with sunscreen to make it apply more smoothly - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2016
Among the base makeup products I've tried, this is the only one that didn't cause any trouble. I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and bought it, and as expected, it's gentle on the skin. While the color is a single shade, it matches my slightly yellow-toned skin well. The coverage is decent, and the longevity is not bad either. It has a tendency to apply thickly. Also, over time, it gathers into bumpy patches around my chin area (I wonder why that happens...?) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 23, 2016
It was really great! As a student, I was worried that it would turn out too white, but it really didn't look different from my skin tone and looked natural. At the same time, it covered the scars well and took care of the redness. Also, it was a good BB cream that didn't cause any acne breakouts for my sensitive skin^^! I applied the BB cream on top of a moisturizing sunscreen and finished with the Innisfree No Sebum powder, but the area around my nose seemed to have a whitish, caked-on look...ㅠㅜ So even though I used less base makeup and exfoliated, that powdery look would still show up, which was a bit of a downside..But even with these issues, it was still the best BB cream for my sensitive skin!!(It might have been because of the sunscreen, who knows.. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 25, 2016
The color tone is natural and luminous. My skin is on the darker side, and the BB cream doesn't have a cakey or heavy feel. I have oily skin, and the longevity is not as good as a foundation. It can sometimes get a bit shiny. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 7, 2016
The formula seems gentle, as there is no heaviness or stuffiness when applied. The coverage also seems quite good, better than expected. In terms of longevity and staying power, it's a bit disappointing. It can sometimes flake off when the skin is lacking in moisture. Using a puff is much better than applying it with your fingers. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2016
I tried the sample and purchased it recently. To be honest, I had a bad experience with BB creams before, so I didn't have high expectations when I applied it. However, it feels lightweight and has less oiliness, and the coverage seems quite good. My skin, which usually breaks out when I use BB creams, hardly reacts to this one. Of course, individual results may vary, but it worked well for my sensitive, acne-prone, and dry skin. As for the scent, it's similar to paint, but since it's not an artificial fragrance, I can tolerate it and am satisfied with it. Since my skin is dry, it seems to have a bit of flakiness and some clogged pores. That's how it was for my skin. For dry skin, applying a moisturizing cream and quickly following up before it dries can help keep the skin more hydrated.
