It doesn't cause any breakouts or blemishes. As someone with oily skin, I appreciate that it's not too rich in oils. The absorption isn't particularly great. After a short while, it tends to fade unevenly, leaving patchy areas. - sw*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 29, 2019
It keeps my skin fresh and dry in summer, and the coverage is pretty decent. While the ingredients are good, I'm getting a few blemishes. There must be something in it that doesn't agree with my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 16, 2019
As someone with acne-prone and sensitive skin, I was on the hunt for a BB cream with good ingredients when I stumbled upon this one! I've been using it by chance, and I'm already on my third tube. Since I have oily skin, I absolutely avoid using it in summer, but I think it's a great product for winter. It's moisturizing, and I'd say it has medium to high coverage! Given its moisturizing nature, it can leave fingerprints quite easily, and it tends to wear off quickly on oily areas like the nose. I think you might get even better results if you apply a solid base of toner and emulsion each time before use. Since I have oily skin, I found it worked even better when I focused on hydration in my toner and emulsion routine! - km*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2019
As someone with sensitive skin, I'm always on the lookout for BB creams that won't cause blemishes. This product definitely didn't trigger any breakouts, and it stays put without looking messy even without frequent touch-ups. I'm currently in need of a new cushion, but I find myself thinking I don't really need to carry this around for touch-ups. My complexion is neither dark nor light, just average? I usually use shade 21, and this feels like a standard color to me. When I first applied it, I felt a slight tingling sensation in my eyes, but after that, I haven't experienced any discomfort! - lj******Oily SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2019
It's not greasy, and while I still get some blemishes, they're less frequent.. I'm not sure if it doesn't match my complexion, but the color seems to sit on top of my skin, looking unnatural..... - hy******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 18, 2019
It has a soft, powdery finish and brightens the complexion. This BB cream applies smoothly and seems like a versatile, easy-to-use product. What's with these granules in the BB cream? Why does only mine have these particles? I contacted Bonjour, and they said it's because of the high concentration of active ingredients that didn't mix well. They couldn't even specify what these active ingredients were! (What kind of explanation is that?!) Anyway, I received a new product, but it still had granules! In the comparison photo, the BB cream below is Sidmool Eco Soothing BB. Please look at the cream's surface. While this BB cream has a powdery finish, it's so dry that it made my combination dehydrated skin crack. I might need to layer it over a solid skincare base, but I'm too worried about those granules to use it. I've never seen a BB cream like this before. If anyone else has experienced this, please leave a comment! It might work better if applied over a solid skincare base. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 4, 2019
For those who regretted buying this due to its staying power... First off, the ingredients are great since it doesn't cause blemishes, so that's a win. The color is a pretty yellow-beige? I have cool-toned skin, and it didn't make me look sallow at all. I have somewhat visible pores, and this product settled into them, making them look like peach-colored dots... If your skin tone is lighter than shade 21, the color might not suit you. Since there's only one shade, you might want to look for a different product in that case. Here's a trick to improve staying power! It's a bit unconventional, but mix a little of your usual face powder with the BB cream. This makes the texture slightly thicker. Then, after finishing the rest of your makeup, set it again with powder. For those with large pores like me, this alone won't cover them completely. Use that famous oil-based product from Etude House - the Hydra something, I can't remember exactly - just a bit on your nose before applying the BB cream, and you'll achieve a pore-less complexion. - ha********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2019
My skin looks so clear now! I don't think I'll need to use foundation every day anymore! The color had a bit of a yellow undertone, which isn't ideal for my cool complexion. But the ingredients are gentle and it's really great. I've been looking for a kind BB cream and I really like this one! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2019
It's easy to use and absorbs well with a nice adherence to the skin. I also like the color. It seems to lack a bit of richness and feels somewhat dry. It also gives a slightly dull impression. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2019
I've found the perfect BB cream for me. I love that it doesn't contain ingredients like centella asiatica or panthenol. These ingredients can cause side effects for those with super sensitive skin, so I'm really pleased that Bonjour BB cream doesn't include them. I hope they keep the formula consistent in the future. The only downside is that the coverage is a bit light. Still, I'm satisfied because it doesn't cause any blemishes...
