Pros
When applied, it feels like the pores open up and all the impurities and sebum inside are thoroughly cleansed. After washing my face with this, my skin tone becomes brighter and the orange-like scent is really nice. It also absorbs the skincare products very well, so my skin seems to be improving. Unlike regular scrubs, there's no skin irritation, and it feels like it deeply cleanses the skin, so I've been using it consistently.
Cons
I'm not sure how long I should keep washing my face. It feels slippery the whole time, so first-time users might think they haven't washed enough and feel the urge to double cleanse. Also, using it too often seems to make my skin blotchy and irritated.

It keeps my skin moisturized when it's dry~ The massage function seems to make it really warm and enveloping. After washing, my skin feels so soft and smooth.

Ugh... When I started rolling it on my face, it stung and irritated me right away. I washed my face thoroughly and even double-cleansed, but something just didn't sit right. Even though it was expensive, I tried to tough it out for a few more days, but it just got worse. Now I'm just using it to wash my hands. I'm a bit sensitive, but I use oils well, so I think this just isn't for me. It's quite strong and irritating.
Tip
If you roll it around and get a bit of water on it, then emulsify it while continuing to roll, your skin will become so moisturized and soft.

I was given a skin brightening retouching service, but my skin started having a lot of dead skin cells, so they said it was due to lack of moisture and dehydration, and they persuaded me to buy this product and the Extra Moisture one... Ugh, those Innome Hogaeng (foolish customers).. I first used it three days after buying it. On the day I got the service, they said not to use it daily, so I used it every other day... (I didn't use it in the summer though;;) Makeup, even mascara, washes off completely clean, It exfoliates the dead skin, After cleansing, my skin brightens up, My skin gets so soft and supple. I feel great the next day, yay! At first I used it every day because I wanted to, But using it daily, I didn't really feel the effects, so I started skipping a day or two. When I skip a day or two, I really feel the effects.. It's visually noticeable, so I intentionally skip a few days to experience it again. Woo-hoo!

1. Fragrance - The citrus scent is refreshing, and it feels good to apply it to the face. 2. The skin is so... moisturized and the pores around the nose don't get clogged!! - After using it, the skin is moisturized, and the exfoliation is done to some extent, so I don't need to use a separate exfoliating product.
