Pros
This high-moisture cleanser is highly recommended for dry skin! It's definitely great to use during the dry fall and winter seasons - your skin will feel so moisturized even after cleansing. Personally, I love the orange scent and the refreshing feeling! (It really lifts my mood during cleansing haha) And it helps care for pores, so it's a triple win.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin though! The price is a bit steep haha.

The scent is really nice. I'm sensitive to fragrances, but this one feels pleasant when applied. Haha, there are a few questionable ingredients, but I still recommend it. It has good spreadability and, most importantly, a warming sensation that makes my face feel relaxed. The moisturizing power is also good. I don't usually use balm-type products, but I received this as a gift and tried it. The cleansing power is good, and I think it would make a nice gift as well. When applying the balm and massaging it in, there's no uncomfortable eye irritation like with regular oil products. This is good to know for those with sensitive eyes. After emulsifying the balm, you don't necessarily need a second cleansing step. For a daily makeup routine that's not too heavy, this would be sufficient. After water cleansing and applying 3 toners, just adding moisture to the eye and lip areas leaves the cheek area nicely hydrated.
Cons
None. The price is a bit on the evil side, so there's a slight hesitation when purchasing, but I wish the ingredients were a bit more friendly.

Since I have combination skin and suffered from acne in my 10s and 20s, I was using a French pharmacy cleansing wash. As the weather changed, my face became dry and dull, so when I tested it in the store, my face felt more moisturized, so I bought it! I'm extremely satisfied with the results - I haven't had any breakouts, and blackheads and sebum seem to melt away well... You have to massage it well, but it's great to use. I'd like to describe this as an all-in-one cleansing product. First of all, I have large pores (especially on my nose...), flushed cheeks, and my face tends to get quite warm. My skin also tends to be quite oily on the surface with significant dryness underneath. After using this product, the dryness and oiliness seem to be well-controlled. I usually follow up with a light facial mask, and my skin feels thoroughly cleansed and refreshed. For those with sensitive skin who have a lot of facial warmth, it's probably a good idea to do a deep cleanse two times a week. Otherwise, daily use should be fine. I use it every day myself.
