Pros
First, I could feel a slight heating sensation when using this product, which I liked. Most importantly, my skin texture improved tremendously after use, which I really enjoyed! Since I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrance ingredients, I didn't experience any allergic reactions, so I have a strong intention to repurchase!!

I was given a skin brightening retouching service, but my skin started having a lot of dead skin cells, so they said it was due to lack of moisture and dehydration, and they persuaded me to buy this product and the Extra Moisture one... Ugh, those Innome Hogaeng (foolish customers).. I first used it three days after buying it. On the day I got the service, they said not to use it daily, so I used it every other day... But it was a lot, so I actually used it for a whole year.. (I didn't use it in the summer though;;) Makeup, even mascara, washes off completely clean, It exfoliates the dead skin, After cleansing, my skin brightens up, My skin gets so soft and supple. I feel great the next day, yay! At first I used it every day because I wanted to, But using it daily, I didn't really feel the effects, so I started skipping a day or two. When I skip a day or two, I really feel the effects.. It's visually noticeable, so I intentionally skip a few days to experience it again. Woo-hoo!

Gently massage the product into your face with your hands It says to do it for about 30 seconds Then it gets warm and even cleans out the blackheads on your nose! I've heard it cleanses really thoroughly! I use it about 2 times a week There's a lot of product so it lasts a long time When I get blackheads sometimes, I used to do a mud mask (Kiehl's) but this Balm Rinse seems even gentler, softer, and more moisturizing! I think it would be great to use throughout the seasonal changes!

I bought this product because of the many positive reviews. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my skin had become clearer. The refreshing scent is also nice, and the moisturizing power is excellent. After washing my face, the tight, pulling sensation that I usually experience was gone within seconds.
Cons
Even after thoroughly melting the product in my hands and gently rolling it onto my face, there was still a sticky, heavy feeling. Since my skin is quite thin, I had to be very careful. Pros
The low-irritation cleansing balm is much less irritating than water or tissue. Going through the emulsification process makes the skin texture incredibly smooth. I don't use it every day, but on days when my skin is reddened, I make sure to use it.
Cons
The formula can be a bit thick, so you need to warm it up well in the palm of your hand. It's less effective at removing sebum compared to oils, and the price is a bit scary...

Oh, let's give a big round of applause first. It removed 80% of my stubborn dead skin cells! (Why couldn't it remove 100% of them?) My skin feels as smooth as if I just visited a dermatologist ♥ But goodbye to both dead skin and makeup ~ I scrubbed my skin vigorously with my hands, and washed my face with water ~ There was no unremovable makeup, and my skin felt moisturized without any tightness ~~ If I keep using it this way, I'll definitely repurchase 100%

The neutral, dry skin product was recommended, but I found it to be good even though I have an oily, moisture-deficient skin type. Since my skin has been turning upside down, my makeup hasn't been absorbing well and it hasn't been covering the blemishes, so I went to the store to change my foundation. It's a deep cleansing product, and you scoop out a generous amount, rub it in your palms to soften it, then gently roll it on your face. The warmth from the steaming effect opens up the pores and cleanses them thoroughly. Then, you add a bit of water to emulsify it, and when you rinse it off, your skin feels so soft and smooth. There's hardly any irritation, and it's been great! They recommended using it 1-2 times a week, and I do it once a week if my skin is doing well, or twice a week if it's not.
