But what really impressed me was how incredibly smooth my skin felt afterwards! I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, so I didn't have any allergic reactions. That's why I'm definitely considering repurchasing it!
ConsThe only downside is the price... it's a bit steep. But other than that, I'm quite pleased with it.
TipMake sure to avoid the eye area! They warn that it might cause some eye irritation.

Sigh, I fell for it... Innisfree got me. I first used it three days after buying. They said not to use it daily, so I planned to use it every other day. With such a large amount, it lasted a whole year! (Though I didn't use it much in summer.) It removes all makeup thoroughly, even mascara, exfoliates dead skin cells, brightens the skin after cleansing, and leaves my skin incredibly soft. I feel great the next day! I wanted to use it daily at first, but I noticed the effects less when I did. So now I skip a day or two between uses. The results are much more noticeable this way. I love seeing the visible difference, so I intentionally space out my uses.
ConsWhen I first used it (unlike at the store), my face felt really hot, and my eyes stung. It didn't itch, but the burning sensation scared me, and I had trouble sleeping that night. I didn't want to waste money (I wish I knew they had a smaller size - they gave me this huge, heavy 99,000 won glass jar), so I used it twice more. From the third use, it stopped stinging and burning. The price is really steep though!
TipOn days I use this, I don't need to worry much about moisturizing - my skin doesn't feel tight at all. I have combination dehydrated skin, and when I use this followed by a sheet mask, not only does my makeup apply well the next day, but my face feels so oily that it seems to absorb the makeup. (My makeup comes off too easily - it's such a hassle to reapply!)

ConsThe store staff said to apply it quickly on my face... but when I tried it at home, the hot sensation was unpleasant and it seemed to make my skin red... I'll use it for body moisturizing later... I applied it quickly on my body, but now I'll have to throw it away.

The instructions say to do this for about 30 seconds. It warms up and even clears out blackheads on my nose! I've heard it's known for its thorough cleansing. I use it about twice a week. The amount is generous, so it lasts a long time. When I occasionally got blackheads, I used to use a mud mask (Kiehl's), but the Banila Co Clean It Zero seems gentler, softer, and more hydrating! It's perfect to use from the changing seasons onwards.
ConsWhile the large size is nice, you really need to be careful about keeping it clean! The texture is a bit thick...
TipWhen I'm not wearing eye makeup, I use it alone, but it feels a bit thick. When I have eye makeup on, I first dissolve it with 100% natural coconut oil, then use the Clean It Zero to massage my entire face. This eliminates the thick feeling, and the coconut oil, which can feel greasy and hard to remove on its own, emulsifies and rinses off moisturized. Afterwards, I finish with a foam cleanser (optional). If I'm concerned about my pores, I follow up with an egg soap since I've opened them with heat! Mixing in a few drops of oil could also be a good method.

The refreshing scent is lovely, and the hydration is top-notch. Usually, my skin feels incredibly tight just seconds after cleansing, but I didn't experience that at all with this product.
ConsEven after warming it up in my hands and gently rolling it onto my face, it still feels a bit stiff. I had to be extra careful since I have very thin skin. I purchased the 50ml tube, but the packaging is so rigid that it's really difficult to squeeze out the product. It won't dispense from the end, so I have to press the middle to get it out with effort. I have a feeling I won't be able to use up every last drop cleanly. What a waste!
TipFor those with thin skin, use a smaller amount and gently roll it on. Also, it might be better to opt for the large glass container version instead of the tube format.

When you go through the emulsification process, your skin texture becomes incredibly soft. While I don't use it daily, I always reach for it on days when my skin is looking red and irritated.
ConsThe texture can be a bit stiff, so you need to warm it up thoroughly with your palms. It's less effective at removing sebum compared to oil cleansers, and the price is a bit intimidating.

It gives a sense of refined sebum and dead skin cells, and makeup applies beautifully on top.
ConsIt seems insufficient when used alone. There's a residual feeling that makes me want to cleanse a second time.

It eliminated about 80% of my stubborn dead skin cells, leaving my skin incredibly smooth! (Why can't it get rid of 100% though?) My skin feels as soft as if I'd just come from a dermatologist appointment ♥ But it's goodbye to both dead skin cells and makeup! I rubbed it in vigorously with my hands, then washed with water ~ No makeup was left behind, and my skin felt moisturized without any tightness ~~ If it keeps performing like this, I'll definitely repurchase!
ConsHowever... The citral ingredient, or whatever that orange scent is... it's a bit too strong. During the 30 seconds of removing makeup, the fragrance makes my head spin, I feel nauseous and keep feeling like I'm going to throw up. What's the point of having smooth skin from the citral if it makes me so sensitive? -_- It stings! ㅠ I almost died from the burning sensation when applying toner! (I use Clinique toner; it's known for its tingling effect, but still..) The scent really made me feel like I was going to vomit while massaging my face... Even after applying essence or serum, there was still a slight stinging sensation... ugh.. But I have to admit, it's super effective at removing dead skin cells and makeup! Ah... the price.. Why is it 92,500 won? It's too expensive.. But I still bought it ~ And why is it so heavy? If I cleanse with this balm at night, I feel like I'll develop arm muscles!
TipInstead of rubbing it in vigorously, it's better to scoop out one portion and press it into your skin a few times. The balm will gradually warm up and seem to melt the makeup on its own as you apply it to your face. No need to massage too hard, gentle motions are enough ~ It seems like the balm is dissolving both makeup and dead skin cells ㅠ_ㅠ The chemical ingredients are quite strong. ★ Using it twice a week is sufficient. (I have extremely oily skin, but even twice a week gives satisfactory results! ♥) ★ They say to double cleanse after using the balm because of color makeup, but I don't like that. So before cleansing with the balm, I remove my eyebrows, eyeliner, and lipstick first, then cleanse with the balm! And finally, when rinsing with water, if you wipe a few times with a cleansing sponge, your face will glow!!!

Ever since my skin flared up, makeup wouldn't stick and couldn't cover blemishes. I was about to switch foundations when a sales associate recommended this. It's the first time I've gotten this suggestion despite many visits, and I'm grateful to her. After using it for about a month, my skin has calmed down significantly. Though it's a deep cleansing product, you scoop out a generous amount, warm it between your palms, then gently massage it onto your face. The steam effect opens up your pores for a thorough cleanse. After emulsifying with water, your skin feels incredibly soft. It's gentle and effective! They suggest using it 1-2 times a week, but I adjust based on my skin condition - once if it's good, twice if it needs extra care.
ConsEverything's great except the price... If my skin wasn't acting up, I probably wouldn't have bought it. After purchasing, I noticed it contains quite a few potential allergens. Still, I like it enough to repurchase when I run out.
TipGiven the price, I need to use it sparingly. I find it's better to use a generous amount once a week rather than a small amount twice. So when my skin's in good condition, I use this once a week plus a scrub. If my skin's acting up, I use it twice a week and skip the scrub. It's as effective at removing dead skin cells as scrubs or peeling products, but I prefer it because it's less irritating.
