1. Fragrance It feels like getting a luxurious massage, the fragrance alone is already healing. It's an orange-like scent, but it's not a cheap fragrance that would give you a headache - it's subtle. 2. When you use it, you can feel a slight warming sensation, but after using it, you get the feeling that all the dead skin and impurities have been removed. So I always use it before using expensive ampoules or masks. I often get whiteheads under my chin, and I use it a lot on my chin and nose area as well. 3. Even though my skin is dry, it doesn't feel tight after using it. Normally, my skin feels very tight after scrubbing, but the Bobbi Brown rinse actually feels like I've done a mask. 4. Pros
This product is great. I've been using it for 6 months.. The makeup comes off easily.
Cons
There were many rave reviews on blogs, so I impulsively bought it at the department store. According to the blogs, using this for cleansing would make my face super moisturized, but it's not that moisturizing at all and is quite thick and greasy. It's difficult to melt it off with heat, and it causes a heating sensation when I apply it on my face. Since I already have a lot of heat in my skin, it caused breakouts for me. While the Bobbi Brown product has a good amount of product for the price, considering it's a cleansing balm, it's still an expensive product. It's sticky and difficult to rinse off, and it's hard to control the amount. I highly recommend the Shu Uemura cleansing oil original instead. As I mentioned before, it caused breakouts on my face, so I'm currently using it to remove sunscreen on my neck.

When buying it in the store, be sure to ask the sales assistant for a spatula!

Gently massage the product into your face with your hands It says to do it for about 30 seconds Then it gets warm and even cleans out the blackheads on your nose! I've heard it cleanses really thoroughly! I use it about 2 times a week There's a lot of product so it lasts a long time When I get blackheads sometimes, I used to do a mud mask (Kiehl's) but this Balm Rinse seems even gentler, softer, and more moisturizing! I think it would be great to use throughout the seasonal changes!

There is a good amount and the scent is nice. As soon as I apply it, I feel a slight warming sensation, giving me the feeling of deep cleansing. I don't get any trouble and it's pretty good.

I bought it after trying it in the store and getting a recommendation. It has good moisturizing power and even exfoliating function~ The scent is also refreshing. While the price may seem burdensome at first glance, the large volume makes it seem relatively affordable compared to Bobbi Brown.
