Pros
This product is great. I've been using it for 6 months.. The makeup comes off easily.
Cons
There were many rave reviews on blogs, so I impulsively bought it at the department store. According to the blogs, using this for cleansing would make my face super moisturized, but it's not that moisturizing at all and is quite thick and greasy. It's difficult to melt it off with heat, and it causes a heating sensation when I apply it on my face. Since I already have a lot of heat in my skin, it caused breakouts for me. While the Bobbi Brown product has a good amount of product for the price, considering it's a cleansing balm, it's still an expensive product. It's sticky and difficult to rinse off, and it's hard to control the amount. I highly recommend the Shu Uemura cleansing oil original instead. As I mentioned before, it caused breakouts on my face, so I'm currently using it to remove sunscreen on my neck.

Pros
The scent is simply wonderful. I really enjoy the signature Bobbi Brown fragrance - it's refreshing yet not overpowering. It also seems to work well for winter exfoliation and deep cleansing. After using it consistently, I've noticed my rough patches have become much smoother!
Cons
The only downsides I can think of are that it's a very large size and the price is a bit high..haha. If they could reduce the volume and price a bit, I think I'd be able to use it more regularly.

Pros
Since I have combination skin and suffered from acne in my 10s and 20s, I was using a French pharmacy cleansing wash. As the weather changed, my face became dry and dull, so when I tested it in the store, my face felt more moisturized, so I bought it! I'm extremely satisfied with the results - I haven't had any breakouts, and blackheads and sebum seem to melt away well... You have to massage it well, but it's great to use. I was told to avoid double cleansing, so I've just been using this for cleansing.

The fragrance is so pleasant that just smelling it feels healing in itself. I have dry skin, so it feels soft and nice, but if you prefer a more scrubbing cleansing sensation, you may find it a bit uncomfortable.

I'd like to describe this as an all-in-one cleansing product. First of all, I have large pores (especially on my nose...), flushed cheeks, and my face tends to get quite warm. My skin also tends to be quite oily on the surface with significant dryness underneath. After using this product, the dryness and oiliness seem to be well-controlled. I usually follow up with a light facial mask, and my skin feels thoroughly cleansed and refreshed. For those with sensitive skin who have a lot of facial warmth, it's probably a good idea to do a deep cleanse two times a week. Otherwise, daily use should be fine. I use it every day myself.

There is a lot of product and it is the best for exfoliating! I went to buy color cosmetics, but there were so many blackheads and dead skin that makeup was meaningless. The volume is really big haha haha haha haha haha. I feel reassured even if I use a lot. This makes me feel refreshed, the scent is also good. It suits me well. After using it, my skin becomes moisturized and my makeup applies well haha.
