Pros
It's perfect for oily skin. I can feel the sebum disappearing when I wipe it off, and my skin doesn't get too oily. I think this is going to be a holy grail product.

Pros
This is the ultimate oil control champion. It's refreshing and I was concerned about clogged pores, but this is the king of all oil control champions.
Cons
The product severely dries out my skin. It was effective for about 4 days, but after that, my skin became dry. Even applying a moisturizer doesn't help, and it causes a tight, uncomfortable feeling. Absolutely do not use this if you have dry skin. I also experienced breakouts after the initial effects, haha. I'm just using up the remaining product occasionally, about twice a week, just to control the excess oil. In my case, I have combination skin with quite a bit of oiliness. On top of that, I also have that tight, dry feeling. The oil control is excellent, but the dryness leads to breakouts... that tight feeling is just unbearable. The product is great at oil control, but if I use it morning and night every day, I feel like it will strip all the nutrients from my skin and make it even worse, so I don't plan to repurchase. I'm planning to switch to the Avene Mattifying Lotion instead. The oil control ingredients are the same as the Clinique one, but I've heard the Avene one is not drying. While it may not be as dramatically mattifying as this one, I think it will be more effective in the long run.
Tip
If you have a secret weapon to tackle that tight, uncomfortable feeling, please keep using it.

Pros
During the summer when I get a lot of oiliness and feel stuffy, wiping my face with this makes me feel refreshed and cool.
Cons
I bought the Cleanance line and tried the free gift sample, but it was just too drying for me. This seems like it would be perfect for very oily, acne-prone skin. But for me, it was just too drying.

Pros
I definitely feel that it effectively controls sebum. When I use a toner from a different Avène line, I get small bumps of acne.
Cons
It's great in the summer, but in late fall to early winter, it becomes too dry and I get a lot of flakiness.
Tip
Be sure to use it with a moisturizer in the winter.

Pros
Even though I tried expensive skincare products that were supposed to help with troubles, my troubles never seemed to go away. But after using this toner, my sebum production decreased and the frequency of my breakouts gradually decreased as well! I didn't actually plan to buy this, but it surprisingly worked well for me. I'm currently on my third bottle and plan to repurchase it again!
Cons
If only the volume was just a little bit, just a little bit more! It would have been even better. And after using it, there are sometimes some white(?) clumps that form around the cap, which means I have to rinse the bottle frequently, which is a bit disappointing...

Hello. I'm a high school student. My skin is very sensitive, so I use products with less irritation for basic skin care (those with sensitive skin will know). My friends recommended this brand a lot, so I tried it... Hmm, it seems okay. It's moisturizing, the fragrance is refreshing, and it doesn't cause any breakouts :) My sebum production is also maintained... It's just so-so.
Cons
But I'm not sure if using this product has helped with my breakouts or reduced my sebum. The breakouts have stopped, but the acne that was already on my skin hasn't gone away and is still there. The sebum production hasn't increased, but I'm not sure if it's decreased either.
Tip
So I just use this toner to prevent further breakouts, and use acne creams or masks to help with the existing acne.

It seems to have helped balance the oil and moisture, reducing sebum production!! A product that you should definitely use to wipe your face with a cotton pad after cleansing. Great!!!
Cons
The amount is too little compared to the price ㅜㅜ It gets used up quickly when applied with a cotton pad ㅜㅜ

Pros
I have very sensitive skin with a lot of acne. After using this product, my skin has calmed down a lot and I don't get as many small pimples anymore. I've never consistently used any one product before, but since trying this one, I've just kept using it. It's very reliable and good!
Cons
I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. I also wish they would come out with a recovery cream in this line!

Pros
I have super sensitive skin that gets troubled by foam cleansers. I used to use the Cha & Park skincare line, but then a friend at Olive Young convinced me to try this. They said that to treat acne, you need to find the root cause, and I do get cystic or large pimples sometimes, but mostly I have that 'oily pimple' type. Using this skin toner, I feel like it really cleans out my pores and dead skin, and then my moisturizer absorbs so much better afterwards. It's a game-changer! Everyone should try this!
Cons
It might be a bit drying, but I don't really expect my toner to provide a ton of hydration anyway. In fact, using a proper toner to really cleanse my skin makes my moisturizer work so much better.
