  I switched from another Avène toner (Lotion Douce) to this one for pore care as summer approached. The application feels gentle and moisturizing, and it's incredibly mild with no irritation.

  Cons

  However, perhaps because it's so gentle, unlike pore toners from other brands, I couldn't feel any pore-tightening effects, refreshing sensation, or that 'pore-shrinking' feeling.

  Hello there! I'm a high school student with super sensitive skin. As you fellow sensitive skin folks know, I tend to use gentler products for my skincare routine to avoid irritation. My friends highly recommended this brand, so I gave it a try. Overall, it's pretty decent. It's hydrating, has a fresh scent, and doesn't cause any blemishes. My skin's oil production stays balanced too. It's just... okay, I guess.

  Cons

  However, I can't really say if it's helped reduce my blemishes or decreased oil production. While it hasn't caused any new breakouts, the existing acne and other skin issues I had before using this product are still there. As for oil control, it doesn't seem to increase sebum production, but I'm not sure if it's actually reducing it either.

  Tip

  So, my current approach is to use this toner to prevent new breakouts from forming, and then I use acne creams or face masks to help clear up existing blemishes.

  Oh, this is simply a holy grail product! It gently and thoroughly removes any residue left after cleansing. What's more, it comes in a beast-sized bottle, so don't hold back - use it generously!

  Cons

  There's nothing bad to say... Maybe the price? It is a bit expensive, but it's truly worth every penny. Might not suit dry skin types though... But hey, I have oily skin, so it works for me.

  Tip

  Soak a cotton pad generously and wipe your face clean!

  I switched all my basic skincare to Avène, and the toner is truly amazing... You can actually see the dead skin cells coming off. I bought it because people said it's gentle enough for daily use, and it's absolutely fantastic!

  Cons

  The bottle is opaque, so you can't see how much product is left. Also, instead of a cap you open and close, you have to twist it to use through a hole. If you forget to close it properly, it can spill when you shake it next time.

  Tip

  Use a cotton pad that has a wavy texture on one side and is smooth on the other. Soak it generously with the toner, use the textured side to exfoliate dead skin cells, then wipe away the loosened cells with the smooth side to refine your skin texture.

  I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin with excessive oil production. After using this, my skin feels much calmer and I've noticed fewer blemishes popping up. I've never been able to stick to one product consistently before, but since trying this, it's become my go-to. It's really gentle and works well for me!

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin. Also, I wish they would release a regenerating cream in this line!

  I was really satisfied using this in summer as it controlled excess oil well. It's gentle on the skin, which is great!

  Cons

  Now that winter's here, it's not moisturizing enough even when I layer it. After applying this, then an emulsion, and sunscreen, my face shows signs of irritation... Wouldn't recommend for dry skin types.

  Tip

  It's nice to keep this in the fridge for a refreshing application!
