  I loved how clean it felt and the scent was just my style, so applying it always put me in a good mood

  Cons

  The hydration doesn't last long at all, so I'm planning to use it as a mask by soaking cotton pads with it

  Pros

  I loved that it was moisturizing and fragrance-free. The size was also larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

  Cons

  As soon as I applied it, my face felt intensely hot. It was like a burning sensation. My skin also turned red, so I had to stop using it after just three days... Such a shame.

  The scent is pleasant and doesn't have that artificial, chemical-like smell.

  Cons

  I tried the '7-skin method' that's been trending, applying this product about 4 times in a row. However, possibly due to the alcohol content, it doesn't leave my skin feeling hydrated.

  This seems like a decent product overall. The scent is really pleasant. After use, my face doesn't feel particularly hydrated, but I appreciate that it doesn't leave an oily residue.

  Cons

  It might not be suitable for those with skin that gets oily quickly. Avène products are generally designed for sensitive skin types.

  Tip

  Since it's on the pricier side, I'd recommend applying it with a cotton pad to make the most of the product.

  It gives a sense of disinfecting the skin. The scent is pleasant, and it lasts for a long time.

  Cons

  It doesn't tackle small red blemishes, and large pimples still appear frequently. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing.

  Hello there! I'm a high school student with super sensitive skin. As you fellow sensitive skin folks know, I tend to use gentler products for my skincare routine to avoid irritation. My friends highly recommended this brand, so I gave it a try. Overall, it's pretty decent. It's hydrating, has a fresh scent, and doesn't cause any blemishes. My skin's oil production stays balanced too. It's just... okay, I guess.

  Cons

  However, I can't really say if it's helped reduce my blemishes or decreased oil production. While it hasn't caused any new breakouts, the existing acne and other skin issues I had before using this product are still there. As for oil control, it doesn't seem to increase sebum production, but I'm not sure if it's actually reducing it either.

  Tip

  So, my current approach is to use this toner to prevent new breakouts from forming, and then I use acne creams or face masks to help clear up existing blemishes.

  Hydration: After applying, I felt like my skin was more balanced rather than just feeling moisturized. Application: I use it by soaking a cotton pad and wiping it on, similar to other toners. It's not a thick, essence-type toner. Absorption: I switched to this from Clinique's toner (pink with green cap - for exfoliation), and it doesn't evaporate as quickly as Clinique's. The absorption rate is also similar. Scent: It has Avène's subtle fragrance. Recommended skin type: Maybe combination? I've only been using it for a month, so I can't say if my skin has significantly improved or worsened. My husband bought this for me in Paris. The sales assistant told him it was safe for pregnant women, so I'm using it with confidence. I had asked for other Avène products too, but apparently, they weren't sure if those were safe for pregnancy. It's interesting how some are okay and others aren't. Though I didn't hear this directly, I have to trust what the sales assistant told my husband.

  Cons

  I bought this hoping it would help with my closed comedones, but a toner alone wasn't enough to overcome the issue. I'm not sure if my closed comedones are due to dry or oily skin. Being pregnant, I don't think going to a dermatologist would be helpful right now. Anyway, for calming closed comedones, this product is just so-so.

  The scent is lovely, and it leaves a matte finish. I highly recommend it for oily skin types.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, I didn't notice much pore reduction. Also, it's quite expensive for what it offers.
