I have acne scars and quite visible pores. I usually use Benefit Porefessional, but in summer, my makeup gets oily with just a bit of sweat. Compared to that, this one definitely feels more matte and long-lasting. It seems much more suitable for midsummer than Porefessional. For my skin, it appears to be more effective at covering pores than Porefessional. Being in a jar format that you have to scoop out, it's less hygienic and more inconvenient than the tube-type Porefessional. It's a waxy balm type, so you need to warm it up well before applying to avoid clumping. Maybe it's because of the ingredients, or it could be my imagination, but sometimes I get blemishes after using it. The built-in puff isn't really useful. I take a very small amount on the back of my hand and warm it up by rubbing with my fingers. Once it's sufficiently melted and pliable, I lightly apply a small amount to my cheeks and nose. It sets quickly, so apply as fast as possible before it hardens and clumps. Applying too much also causes clumping and creates a powdery effect. After application, I gently press with a damp sponge, which helps reduce clumping. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 18, 2018
I tend to use primers more for makeup longevity rather than filling pores, and when I apply this product to my T-zone, it definitely keeps my skin feeling powdery-soft for longer! This is my first time trying this primer, so it's hard to compare with others, but I've had a good experience with it. After checking the ingredient list here, I realized the ingredients aren't particularly great, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDec 8, 2017
The fragrance is so lovely, and it gives a soft, smooth skin expression. I haven't found anything quite like this yet. The allergen ingredients are hmm... Not particularly disappointing, as there weren't any. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSep 2, 2015
The best primer. Those who find it strange are using it incorrectly,, You should melt it by rubbing it with your hands before using it It makes pores disappear perfectly I recommend it to oily-skinned people When you apply this, you'll become soft and fluffy hehe Opening the container can be difficult Sometimes it's annoying too ^^.. Some people use a hair dryer to melt it, but that can deform the product, so it's better to take out just the amount you need and melt it with your body temperature before using it!
