I used to rely solely on this during summers. I carried that tin around until it was completely worn out! My combination skin would turn into an oil slick in the heat, but this product really kept the excess sebum in check. The texture is hard to describe - it's like a thick balm or ointment. Because of this, it can cause pilling when used with certain other cosmetics. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 16, 2018
My pores were noticeable, so I tried this after hearing how popular it was. Overall, it covers pores well and seems to brighten the face a bit. It feels like it tones down redness slightly, and the velvety texture is nice. However, the matte finish is unavoidable. As a primer, it does its job well! Not sure if it's due to poor amount control or my dry skin, but when I use this product followed by Estée Lauder Double Wear, there's some pilling. The balm format makes it tricky to control the amount. Also, it tends to attract dust, which is a bit annoying. I found that moisturizing my skin thoroughly and using this with a hydrating, emollient foundation makes everything look much smoother. Since it's a balm, slightly warming it with your body heat before application reduces pilling. When I used a puff to apply it, it pilled terribly - probably because it wasn't melted enough. Just warm it up a bit with your fingers first. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 19, 2017
The case is pretty and seems to cover pores well haha If you don't control the amount well, it gets cakey and is a bit difficult to use at first. You should use just a little and melt it well to apply it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2016
Life Primer It applies smoothly without emphasizing pores There is definitely a difference between applying it and not applying it The amount is extremely generous, so it can be used for a long time If you fail to control the amount, it can accentuate flakiness or cause makeup to shift And while it covers pores, if there is sebum, oil will rise up on top of it Even if you cover it with blotting paper, it can still leave pore marks Using it after pore removal will maximize the effect Apply only an extremely small amount - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 2, 2016
It's great to use in the summer as it fills pores and controls oil. If the amount is not properly adjusted, the makeup can get cakey. It also gets hardened in the winter, making it inconvenient to use. You have to warm it up with your hands to some extent before using, which is inconvenient. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinApr 1, 2016
What were the good points? Hmm, let me think... Ah, how can I write more than 20 characters? The packaging is inconvenient, the application is inconvenient, and if you don't apply it like an expert, it smears. I wonder if it would be different if an expert used it. The best tip is not to buy it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 20, 2016
Sometimes after applying it, my skin becomes really smooth and smooth. Makeup also absorbs well and the skin texture looks great~ But then there are times when the makeup really doesn't absorb and it cakes up terribly, and the pores aren't covered either 😭😭😭 It would get better, and then the next day it would suddenly stop working again, and this cycle would repeat, and I would just get so frustrated 😢 I gave up after using it for two months 😢 - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 7, 2016
You have huge pores, but using this product, you can achieve a porcelain-like skin! The amount seems enormous, but even after using it for over a year, I haven't used half of it yet haha. If the application is not controlled or used excessively, it may cause clogging or clumping, which is a bit disappointing. The puff is useless haha. Applying it with a spatula and spreading it on the face works better and can achieve a porcelain-like skin. I don't use the puff separately, but instead, I lightly scoop it with a spatula, warm it up with the heat of my hand, and then apply it in circular motions on the pore areas. After applying it all, wait for about 30 seconds for it to fully adhere, then apply foundation, and you can achieve a porcelain-like skin! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2015
Long-lasting!! Stays bright and vibrant even during touch-ups :) Not recommended for those with sensitive skin. You need to be careful with puff management, and it tends to cause itchiness or allergic reactions, so it wasn't great. The application is not very smooth, so if you don't have time to work on the base before applying foundation, the makeup can get patchy. Considering the cost-effectiveness, you might want to consider other products for better coverage. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 5, 2015
I used it as a life-long item until my mid-20s. It coats the skin slightly like wax, making the skin look incredibly good... It takes some time to get the hang of applying it, and before that, there can be some pilling. But once you get the knack of it, it's fine. Before that, though, the puff gets really dusty... it's no joke...
