I've been using the original version for a while, but this is my first time trying the Intensive. As someone who often deals with dead skin cells, I'm very satisfied. It prevents flaking and adds hydration, making my makeup apply more smoothly. I've used over half the bottle, and I haven't found any downsides yet. The only thing I've noticed is that because the formula is more concentrated and not as thin as the original, it seems to run out faster. To keep my skin from getting dry, I keep this in the bathroom. Right after cleansing, I gently pat this product onto my skin before leaving. It definitely improves skin texture. Above all, I'm really impressed with the ingredients. It's too sticky to use on its own. I'm also having trouble getting used to its distinctive scent. To address the stickiness, I tried a new method: I poured a bit of this product onto a cotton pad soaked with toner and gently patted it on my skin. I've never seen an essence with such amazing hydration. The soothing effect is fantastic too! There's a distinct fermented scent that's a bit pungent. It's quite moisturizing, which makes it feel a bit sticky on the hands. - ny*******Combination SkinAcne SkinOct 22, 2016
I used it without any issues.. haha. I didn't notice any particular improvements, but that might be because I'm not very good at skincare.. I trusted and used it since they say it has good ingredients for the price~ The fact that I'm not sure about its effectiveness? Just applying this alone doesn't seem to make my skin feel particularly moisturized..

Recently, my skin's been acting up, so I was considering splurging on SK2 again. Then I remembered Missha's ad comparing their product, so I decided to give it a try. I bought it just before Chuseok, so it's been about 3 weeks now? Anyway, I can really feel my skin calming down and improving! There's not really anything I'm disappointed with. It might not be quite as effective as SK2... but that could just be my perception because of the price difference. It was great to keep in the fridge during summer and use it chilled. I loved applying it with a cotton pad as a cooling mask. I used it during summer when my skin was producing more sebum. After thorough cleansing, it felt quite stinging, so I started avoiding it. After using this, my skin texture has improved significantly. The difference between using it and not using it is so noticeable that I keep using it regularly! There aren't really any downsides, but since I need to write at least 20 characters, I'll say it would be great if they offered a larger size. I've used at least 10 bottles of this even before the renewal. Since using The First, my skin texture has improved significantly, especially my cheeks which used to be very dry but are much better now. I plan to keep using it in the future. I can't really tell the difference from the pre-renewal version. I'm also worried about whether the new formula will suit me or not. I first wiped my face with a cotton pad, then applied the product by gently pressing it onto my cheeks, which were particularly dry. I apply this right after washing my face, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. It also creates a great base for makeup. I'm using it without any particular drawbacks. There's nothing specifically disappointing about it. It's a solid, reliable product that I've been using without any issues.
