  Pros

  It truly doesn't smudge at all! I always had makeup getting stuck in my eyelid creases, and due to oiliness, my eye makeup would quickly fade and smear. Since using this NARS product, there's absolutely no smudging, and the staying power lasts all night long.

  Cons

  It's excessively drying... While it's great that it controls oil and doesn't smudge, it makes my eyes so dry that it's causing wrinkles to form.

  This mascara and eyeliner are a game-changer for my aegyo-sal eyes that usually suffer from smudging. It's like I've seen the light! The eyeliner stays put all day long. When I want to show off my eyeshadow, I apply it on my eyelids too for unbeatable staying power.

  Be careful not to apply too much, as it might cause dryness or tiny blemishes (like very small bumps) around the eye area.

  Just a quick swipe is enough to do the trick. Personally, I've found that it works wonders when paired with Dior Snow mascara, which I swear never smudges. I also use a white Lancôme base as a primer.

  I've already gone through more than 5 tubes of this. I use it primarily to prevent my eyeliner from smudging rather than as an eyeshadow base.

  Cons

  It's a bit disappointing that it occasionally causes my eyeshadow to clump together.

  Enhances eyeshadow longevity and color payoff. Prevents mascara and eyeshadow from smudging. No milia formation and no eye irritation. I'm using it with great satisfaction.

  Cons

  The price is too high for the amount you get. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

  Stock up when you can buy it duty-free. After applying to the eyelids, blend quickly to avoid clumping. Once it sets, it's impossible to correct, so it's crucial to work fast.

  I have very hooded eyes that make everything smudge, but I've been using this for 4 years now. People think I naturally have smudge-proof eyes! The staying power and pigmentation have improved so much. Absolutely highly recommended!

  Cons

  If you apply too much, it doesn't work... It smudges just the same.

  Tip

  Apply a small amount on the back of your hand, then spread it evenly above and below your eyes.

  This product truly excels at its job. When thinly applied to the eyelids and set with eyeshadow using a brush before it dries, the adherence and longevity become absolutely phenomenal. There's no creasing or smudging either. Ever since I started using this, it's become an essential step in my makeup routine. I rarely give 5-star ratings, but this product definitely deserves it.

  Cons

  While not exactly cons, here are some points to consider: 1. Applying too much at once can lead to pilling. 2. The quantity might seem small for the price, but given its effectiveness and the fact that you only need a small amount, I think it's still worthwhile.

  Tip

  If you apply it too widely around the eyes, your foundation might pill. Don't panic if this happens - just gently pat the area with your fingers or lightly press with a tissue, then reapply your foundation by tapping it on.

  Pros

  It really prevents eyeliner from smudging! The effectiveness is truly impressive! Even when using a pencil eyeliner on hooded eyes, it keeps it from smearing.

  Cons

  It's quite expensive. Also, it seems to be not easily available in regular stores. I bought mine from Sephora in the US, and even there, the price wasn't particularly affordable.

  With this one too, if you fail to control the amount, it can leave a white cast, so use really tiny amounts
