  The primer is silky and not at all sticky! The eyeshadow colors have excellent pigmentation, no clumping, and stay put for at least 8 hours without budging! The eyeliner doesn't smear and stays in place. I'm currently on my third one!

  While it's a semi-matte formula, it does get a bit dirty, but I'm not too bothered by that as an individual.

Definitely, when I apply this and then put on eyeshadow, the color payoff seems better, and there's less creasing.
