These days, in this kind of weather, it melts and spreads very smoothly. I remember that in the winter, it had a slightly sticky ointment-like feel when applied. When you apply this, the tightness and dryness disappear. It's great for moisturizing dry, dehydrated skin, making it feel comfortable. I have a combination skin type, but for very dry areas, applying a small amount immediately resolves the discomfort. The scent is a bit powdery and slightly oily, with a slightly tacky and heavy feel. Pros
Our baby had eczema and very dry skin, but after using Kaufman cream, the dryness is gone and the eczema has disappeared!
Cons
After applying it, my face gets very shiny haha And after researching, I found that it has a lot of bad ingredients, so I'm not using it anymore :(

Applying it to the rough areas on the face of atopic skin makes them disappear.
Cons
It gets too greasy, so I only apply it before bed. And since the lid opens easily, it's convenient to dispense it into another container and use it that way.
