  It's very hydrating. I didn't realize it contained harmful ingredients, even though it's often used for babies.

  Cons

  It leaves quite a bit of residue after use. I think it's because it's somewhat rich in oils.

  Pros

  In this weather, it melts and spreads very smoothly. I remember it feeling a bit thick like an ointment in winter. When you apply this, any tightness or dryness disappears. It's soothing for skin that's becoming parched due to lack of hydration. I have combination skin, and when I apply a small amount to extremely dry areas, it immediately resolves any discomfort, which I liked. The scent is powdery, though a bit strong for my taste. It's rich and slightly sticky, with a bit of a heavy feel. While I received this as a gift and wouldn't necessarily purchase it myself, it's not a bad product overall. The ingredients, richness, cleanliness, and scent weren't entirely satisfactory for me, but it's decent enough.

  Cons

  I personally disliked the fragrance. It's not overpowering, but I'm not a fan of the baby powder-like scent. It's quite rich, so avoid using it if you have oily skin. It does help with dry, flaky skin though. Use it sparingly on dry areas like the back of your hands, body, or face. Personally, I can't use it during the day as it feels a bit heavy and sticky, and leaves a shiny finish. The ingredients aren't particularly impressive either. Keep in mind, these are just my personal observations.

  Tip

  This works well for any dry, tight, rough, or cracked skin. Using small amounts in winter can be beneficial. The hydration is good.

  Pros

  Our baby had been suffering from drool rash and very dry skin, but after using Kaufmann's cream, the dryness disappeared and the rash cleared up!

  Cons

  After applying, my face becomes quite greasy. Also, after researching, I found out it contains many unfavorable ingredients, so I've stopped using it now.

  It works wonders on the rough patches of my child's atopic skin, absorbing completely

  Cons

  It's a bit too rich, so I only apply it before bed. The lid opens easily, but I've found transferring it to another container works better for me

  It's great for when the weather turns cold and dry. When applied to the face, the hydration lasts longer compared to other products.

  Even when applied in a thin layer, it makes my skin look very greasy and feels sticky.
