  Pros

  I received this as a gift and it's working wonders! It's great for soothing diaper rash and redness. While we haven't experienced diaper rash or drool rash yet, I've heard it's excellent for those blemishes, so I'm keeping it on hand. The hydration power is truly impressive.

  Cons

  The thick consistency and tin packaging could be seen as drawbacks. But I assume there's a reason for it, so I'm just using it without complaint.

  It's a bit too rich, so I only apply it before bed. The lid opens easily, but I've found transferring it to another container works better for me

  Pros

  It's not just effective for insect bites, but also works wonders on skin blemishes caused by dry skin. One of my twins has dry skin, and when I apply this after bath time occasionally, I can see a noticeable improvement. Highly recommended!

  Cons

  The texture feels a bit thick when applying. However, once you get used to it, it's not too uncomfortable.

  I tried this cream that my niece was using on my own child, and it worked wonders for their chapped lips. We saw significant improvement in reducing wrinkles caused by dead skin cells and atopic dermatitis.

  Cons

  However, it does leave a sticky feeling after application. I used it without realizing it contained potentially harmful ingredients... Oh dear... If only the formulation had been better, it would have been perfect.

  Tip

  The 250ml size is perfect for home use, while the 70ml is great for carrying in your bag when you're out and about.

  When I apply a generous amount before bed, I can see my blemishes significantly reduced by the next morning. My skin is extremely dry, so not only do I need hydration, but I've also been dealing with worsening eczema-like symptoms. I've tried Physiogel AI, Atopalm, Weleda, and Sudocrem, but nothing compares to Kautmann. It's helped control my eczema and solved most of my hydration issues.

  Cons

  It's quite thick, making it difficult to apply, and it absorbs slowly. After application, things tend to stick to my face.

  Tip

  Apply it when there's still some moisture on your face after washing.
