  Pros

  I initially used this for my baby's heat rash, but it worked wonders on their reddened bottom too. I'm really impressed!

  I used this for my baby's heat rash and drool rash. I applied just a small amount on those specific areas. It worked wonders for my little one - their face has completely cleared up! I've already repurchased it twice.

  Cons

  The texture is quite thick, so it feels a bit sticky until it's fully absorbed. The overseas shipping and packaging are somewhat disappointing. I was a bit uneasy about the petrolatum ingredient, but I didn't realize it contained so many potential allergens. That's unfortunate.

  Pros

  When my 7-month-old baby's mouth area became red and irritated from drool, applying this product helped soothe it nicely. I also loved the fragrance. It keeps the skin moisturized all day long after application.

  Cons

  I never thought it would contain harmful ingredients, but after searching here on Hwahae, I found out it has allergens and artificial fragrances. I really liked the scent, so it's disappointing.

  I bought this for my 14-month-old baby's diaper rash and drool rash, but surprisingly, it worked wonders on my 7-year-old's chicken skin! Their skin became noticeably smoother after applying it!

  I wish I had researched the ingredients before buying. Unfortunately, there are more unfavorable components than I expected.

  This is the best diaper rash cream out there! I was so upset when my little one got a rash, but after applying this, it disappeared quickly. When the rash appeared, I cleaned the area with water morning and evening, dried it thoroughly, and then generously applied the cream. It healed in no time!

  Cons

  When you first use it, it feels quite dry and has a strong scent. After a few days, it applies more like a regular cream and the fragrance seems less intense.

  Tip

  It's not just great for diaper rash, but also works well for drool rash and other skin blemishes.

  This is absolutely fantastic for baby drool rash! My little one's drool would soak through bibs in just ten minutes, leaving their chin red and swollen. After using Kaumann, their skin has cleared up beautifully. It's a bit rich, so I'd recommend applying it only on the chin and dry areas.

  Cons

  It's on the oilier side, so unless you have very dry skin, it's best to avoid applying it on areas like the cheeks, nose bridge, or forehead.
