  I've been applying this cream for diaper rash, heat rash, and drool rash, and it quickly calms most skin issues. It's an essential first-aid cream for our little one that we can't do without!

  Pros

  I bought this in Germany for an incredibly low price. I was already aware from various posts that it contains some ingredients to be cautious about, but given it cost only about 1 euro, I couldn't expect organic or premium ingredients. I bought it mainly for its affordability, so I didn't have high expectations. I apply it occasionally when changing diapers. They have many other products too. The texture is similar to Vaseline, with a bit of stickiness.

  Cons

  It seems to be on the sticky side, which means I don't end up using it very often. I don't think it's a product I'd go out of my way to purchase again.

  I'm using this on my baby, and it seems great due to its excellent hydration effects.

  Cons

  It has a slight distinctive scent, and rather than applying smoothly, it feels a bit thick when you put it on. There's also a slightly sticky feeling.

  Pros

  I switched to Kaufmann after hearing rave reviews, as my baby had extremely dry skin. It's been years now, and I'm still using only this. It's absolutely wonderful!

  Cons

  The downside of Kaufmann cream is that it can feel quite sticky. Especially during hot summer days, applying it makes your body feel even more tacky, which is a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  As for a tip, well... I simply apply Kaufmann all over my baby's body.

  I used this for my baby's heat rash and drool rash. I applied just a small amount on those specific areas. It worked wonders for my little one - their face has completely cleared up! I've already repurchased it twice.

  Cons

  The texture is quite thick, so it feels a bit sticky until it's fully absorbed. The overseas shipping and packaging are somewhat disappointing. I was a bit uneasy about the petrolatum ingredient, but I didn't realize it contained so many potential allergens. That's unfortunate.

  I had no idea and wasn't applying anything, which caused my baby's skin to become red and irritated. After researching, I heard this was the best for hydration and bought it. While Physiogel helped a bit, the rough patches that wouldn't completely disappear finally improved when I started using this.

  Cons

  The texture is quite heavy, making it feel sticky when applied. Over time, the cream in the container gets dirty, possibly due to dust. It might be better to transfer some into a smaller container for use.

  My baby was drooling a lot, making the skin around their mouth rough, but I saw great results after applying Kaufmann's cream.

  Cons

  The scent is too strong and it feels sticky, so I don't use it during the day. I only apply it to my face at night.

  When applied to my baby's rough skin before bedtime, their skin feels moisturized in the morning.
