I stumbled upon this product through a recommendation, and it turns out it's a famous all-purpose cream from Germany that over 90% of people there use. I decided to give it a try since it seemed approachable, and wow - it worked wonders on diaper rash and heat rash almost instantly! I plan to keep repurchasing once I finish this one. The texture is somewhere between smooth and thick, which I suppose is necessary for it to adhere well to rashes. It can be a bit tricky to apply, as you need to remove the can lid and use something like wax paper to spread it. This makes it challenging to apply quickly when your baby is squirming, but the effectiveness makes up for it. When bathing your baby or applying the cream, it's best to open the lid in advance. Trying to open it mid-process can be quite time-consuming and disruptive. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 7, 2022
It quickly calms down baby's drool rash or any areas with skin irritation. The fragrance is quite strong, which might not be suitable for young infants. - 6r********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2022
I used this as a stretch mark cream during pregnancy, and I loved how it quickly soothed the itching. It's a really rich, thick cream. I'd recommend it for winter use only. The thick consistency is both a pro and a con - it feels like it wouldn't be suitable for facial use. Also, it doesn't absorb very well. I've been using this effectively as a stretch mark cream throughout my pregnancy, so if you're experiencing itchy stretch marks, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 14, 2021
I initially used this for my baby's heat rash, but it worked wonders on their reddened bottom too. I'm really impressed! The texture is quite thick, which makes it difficult to apply smoothly. Also, I'm a bit disappointed with some of the ingredients. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 30, 2020
Around the 6-month mark, everyone starts worrying about drool rash. I've tried so many products myself. In terms of effectiveness, I think this cream worked even better than the famous Aqua* that's known for treating drool rash. The downside is that it takes a bit of time to check the ingredients and make the purchase. I had to wait 8 days for mine to arrive through international shipping. - sa****Combination SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2020
It's fantastic for blemishes! The red, inflamed spots disappeared overnight. I'm hesitant because I've heard the ingredients aren't great. I was shocked to learn it contains potential allergens. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 13, 2020
I'm applying this because my baby's cheeks have become so red. It seems to help for a while, then the redness gets worse, but when I apply it again, it's a bit better. It's a cycle! The packaging could be improved. I think it would be more convenient if it came in a tube. - ce******Dry SkinRecommendedNov 25, 2020
Hydration at its finest! The scent is divine too! Perfect for when your skin feels parched during those chilly winter days. It's quite thick, so if you apply too much on your hands, it can feel a bit tacky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 6, 2020
None... It actually made my blemishes worse... I see a lot of positive reviews, but when I applied it to my chin, it turned red and irritated. I regret using it. The ingredients aren't good either. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedOct 16, 2020
It seems to work wonders for baby drool rash. The scent is also a lovely baby fragrance. However, I've heard there are some questionable ingredients, which concerns me. I'm wondering if it's okay to keep using it for the drool rash. Drool rash
