This was my holy grail cushion, but I'm devastated it's been discontinued. If anyone has switched to something else, please let me know what you're using now! The coverage is out of this world! I've never really had blemishes, but it's no joke - in my family of three women, we've repurchased this cushion, including refills, about 15 times! Compared to essence cushions, I liked that this was more hydrating and had better coverage. However, perhaps because it's so moisturizing, my face becomes excessively oily not long after applying makeup. It also seems to cause some darkening of my complexion. It's incredibly moisturizing! When you apply it, your skin becomes radiant. This product makes your skin look amazing. Unlike other cushions that can make you look cakey, this one applies so thinly. It naturally evens your skin tone with moderate coverage. It tends to break down easily. It's also quite sticky. To improve longevity, apply a primer beforehand. It applies beautifully, making your skin look amazing. Gently pat it in and your makeup will adhere wonderfully. Don't forget to apply it to your neck too! Using the included puff can lead to product buildup around the nose and emphasize dead skin cells. The quality of the puff is rather subpar. For best results, dab the product on your cheeks and forehead, then dot it on your nose and chin. Blend it out with a beauty sponge to avoid any patchiness, buildup, or emphasis on flaky skin.

This one offers better coverage compared to Primera. Since it provides more coverage and feels thicker when applied, I was extra careful with cleansing. However, I still ended up with small white blemishes on my cheeks. I applied it all over my face with just one application. At first, it looks a bit too made-up, but as time passes, the skin expression becomes absolutely fantastic! Being an essence cushion, it's nicely hydrating and seems to have a slight cooling effect. It's supposed to have a pink base, but on me, it appears slightly grayish. There doesn't seem to be much darkening, and the staying power is incredibly long-lasting. The coverage is also excellent. When applied, it goes on thick and doesn't adhere well to the skin. If your nail accidentally brushes against it, that entire area gets smudged. Since it's an essence cushion, as time passes, it tends to get quite oily, so I wouldn't recommend it for summer use. I find that using a beauty blender or wedge sponge instead of the cushion puff that comes with it gives better adherence, so I apply it with those.
