1. The value for money is excellent. I use it generously as an exfoliating toner. 2. It helps control sebum, but it can be drying, so after cleansing with this toner, I quickly follow up with other hydrating products. It seems great for summer use. The scent can be a bit intense. There were times when I found it uncomfortable to apply directly to my face due to the fragrance. After cleansing with this toner, quickly layer with aloe gel or other products that can form a protective barrier. I recommend using this as a simple exfoliating toner rather than for the '7-skin' method. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 10, 2018
Affordable price point Great for oily skin types to control sebum Pleasant fragrance As someone with very dry skin, I continued using my boyfriend's toner thinking all toners were the same. Even after my skincare routine, I felt a lingering dryness - now I know this was the culprit! For a toner, the ingredients seem subpar. I'm shocked it contains PEG, which isn't ideal for skin - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinFeb 22, 2018
A refreshing toner that effectively controls sebum. It's incredibly powerful for oily skin types and helps regulate oil production. The best part? It's affordable and comes in a large size. You can even purchase it with cotton pads for added convenience. I bought this because it was marketed as a popular SNS item and a '7-skin method' toner, but I'm not entirely convinced. While it seems to control sebum well - you can feel it working on your T-zone when you use it with a cotton pad after cleansing - it's not suitable for the 7-skin method. Even with just 3 layers, I consistently woke up with a pustular blemish on my cheeks the next day. This was unusual for me, so I tried on-and-off usage to monitor the effects. Sure enough, using it 3 times always resulted in breakouts. If you have extremely oily skin, this might work well for you. But for someone like me who's only oily in the T-zone, it felt somewhat drying even when used just on my nose. It could be decent as an exfoliating toner for managing nose sebum in summer, if only it didn't cause breakouts. Seems like it would be great for those with very oily skin. This could be a holy grail product for those with extremely oily skin. However, I wouldn't recommend it for combination or dry skin types. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinOct 9, 2017
As an educated person, it seems that the sebum control is helping me. Since this is the transitional season, I'm not sure if the lack of sebum is due to the weather or this toner, so I'll have to observe it a bit more. First, it doesn't seem to stay on the skin for very long after applying. And I bought it because it said it was free of 7 ingredients, but the Hwahae Trial Reviewer results showed that 3 of the ingredients are actually not good... I can't even get a refund and it's so frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 5, 2017
It felt moisturizing and helped control sebum production. The fragrance was also nice! There was alcohol in it, so it stung my eyes when it got in them :( - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 11, 2017
It has a good cost-to-performance ratio It is good to use like a mist It faithfully fulfills its role as a pore-tightening toner It has a strong alcohol scent I used to apply it all over my face right after purchasing, but at some point, a burning sensation started to develop on my chin and cheeks, and they kept swelling up, so I suspected it was because of this product and stopped using it, and the swelling subsided It is mainly used by spraying it on a foundation sponge or puff before makeup, or by using a cotton pad to wipe the oily areas such as the nose and forehead, as it helps control sebum - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2017
Since I'm meticulous, I agonized over it for a while and decided on this beige-colored toner. I heard it helps control sebum, so I wanted to give it a try, and it's actually much better than I expected. After using this, my oiliness has decreased significantly (so moved). It's not even that expensive, and it's a large size, so it's really a great deal (so excited). I also really liked buying the mist bottle and cotton pads together. I can just spray the mist whenever I want, and when using cotton pads, I can just quickly spritz them with the mist bottle and wipe - it's much more convenient. If you don't put the mist in the bottle, the size is too big, so it's a hassle to open it every time. Putting it in the mist bottle is better, but the opening is a bit... difficult to pour into without spilling. The cotton pads that come with it are okay, but I personally prefer the White Rabbit cotton pads. Other than that, I didn't have any major issues or disappointments with the toner itself. Putting the toner in a mist bottle is really convenient*^^* (Tips for filling the bottle) Carefully, try to fill it as quickly as possible without spilling. Hold the toner bottle opening and the mist bottle opening together, and gently squeeze the toner bottle to transfer it - this helps minimize any spills. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 30, 2016
It's good for using generously at a low cost. It's a toner for controlling sebum, so it's good to use in the summer. It's hard to say whether it's good or bad. It's just like using water instead... haha - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 17, 2016
I used it because it said it controls oil, and it really doesn't make my face oily even after I wake up from sleep. It's great. However, I'm hesitant to buy it again since there are some questionable ingredients listed at the top. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 5, 2016
It's affordable and the quantity is generous. The oil control is so effective that it even makes my skin feel a bit dry. My skin is peeling off. I've never had this issue before as I have a tough skin, but something kept breaking me out. I used to use the Sidmool Green Tea Skin before.
