I bought this for double cleansing, and it's a water-based formula. It seems to be the best for that purpose. However, I wouldn't recommend it for sensitive or acne-prone skin. As someone with super sensitive skin, I find it a bit too harsh. It feels quite irritating. There's a tingling sensation. Also, it has a strong artificial fragrance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 19, 2020
The large size means I won't have to worry about toner for a while! The scent isn't off-putting and it's quite pleasant overall. I think people's reactions might vary depending on their skin condition. While I use it comfortably as a daily toner, my sister mentioned it seemed to cause some irritation for her. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 17, 2020
- The large size makes it great for generous use (even with the 7-skin method, it lasts a long time) - Among those with oily skin, it might be suitable for those who prefer a squeaky-clean feeling after applying toner - As someone with oily skin, I found it not just squeaky-clean, but actually drying - When applied, it gives the impression of having harsh ingredients - Even slight contact with the eye area causes a burning sensation and tingling - 0% chance of repurchasing - I still have 1/4 left, but I'm considering throwing it away... - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 8, 2019
I bought this as a budget-friendly option to use after my cleansing oil. It's so affordable that I can use it generously without worry, which is really convenient. As someone with slightly oily skin, I find it a bit irritating for my skin type. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 16, 2019
1. The value for money is excellent. I use it generously as an exfoliating toner. 2. It helps control sebum, but it can be drying, so after cleansing with this toner, I quickly follow up with other hydrating products. It seems great for summer use. The scent can be a bit intense. There were times when I found it uncomfortable to apply directly to my face due to the fragrance. After cleansing with this toner, quickly layer with aloe gel or other products that can form a protective barrier. I recommend using this as a simple exfoliating toner rather than for the '7-skin' method. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 21, 2019
The affordable price and large quantity are great advantages. It's nice that I can use it for a long time. I was using it as a pack by soaking cotton pads, but it felt tingling and slightly irritating, so I decided to just use it as a mist instead... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2019
It's a large size. If used as an exfoliating toner, it seems like it won't run out quickly even with frequent use. It's too tingling and causes a burning sensation, with redness appearing. It doesn't seem to suit my skin. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, so the fact that it stings suggests the product might be a bit irritating. - Hwahae UserOily SkinDec 9, 2018
0. Skin Type Combination dehydrated skin except in summer. Lately, it seems to be shifting towards oily. I have resilient skin. 1. Affordability You can purchase it at a great price on social media. The volume is a whopping 500ml, which is fantastic. The value for money is incredible. 2. When Used as a Mist For touch-ups or in dry weather like we're having now, it's not bad for those with oily skin when used as a mist. It seems to control sebum to some extent. However, it's better to spray it generously when applying. 3. Realization about Reading Reviews I used to just buy products without much thought since almost anything worked for me. But after purchasing and then reading reviews, I saw many comments about it being drying. I've learned that I should read reviews... of course, taking them with a grain of salt... But I realized I should check reviews before buying. It's not bad when used as a mist. Maybe it would have been a holy grail product if used in summer instead of winter... 미스트로 쓰니까 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요. 겨울에 쓰지 말고 여름에 썼으면 낟밷템이었을지도... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 25, 2018
At first, it didn't irritate my skin, and since the toner comes in such a large quantity, I could use it as both a mist and a mask. Initially, after using it as a mask, I noticed my blemishes seemed to fade. Only at the beginning... I'm still using it now, but on days when my skin is super sensitive, it really stings, makes my face feel hot, and is quite irritating. Now I'm just using it to wipe my skin clean. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 10, 2018
- The large volume lasts incredibly long. I used it twice daily for 2 months, then every morning for another month and a half, and there's still about 1/5 left. - It's not sticky and absorbs quickly, making it easy to layer other products on top without feeling heavy. - It doesn't particularly help with deep dryness (I applied it using one side of a Silcot cotton pad to wipe my face, then patted it in with the other side). - There's a somewhat irritating sensation and slight burning when absorbing into the skin (not a cool, refreshing feeling / not every day, but especially when my skin was sensitive). - I used a spray bottle (the gratis one that came with it). Since the product comes in a large container, sometimes too much pours out when soaking a cotton pad. Putting it in a spray bottle makes it convenient to spritz onto cotton pads, preventing oversaturation.
