On very dry days, I add a small amount of facial oil. On healthy skin days, this product alone leaves my skin feeling comfortably moisturized. I also like the tube packaging. During the nearly 2 weeks of using this, I didn't experience any trouble or breakouts, even with my sensitive skin.
ConsAfter a dermatological treatment, my skin became a bit drier, and using this product alone for daily care caused my face to feel tight and painful when I woke up in the morning (but applying Physiogel and going to sleep resolved the issue by morning). It's quite dense and rich, and I thought it would be enough to just use this alone before bed, but the moisturizing effect doesn't last long. I personally don't prefer products with a lot of layering steps, so I had to add other essences to help with the moisturizing function of this cream. (Is this an 'active layered cream' that requires active layering?) After application, I can feel an oily, slippery residue on my hands and face surface. I don't like that slippery, heavy feeling, so I had a poor first impression of this cream. The slipperiness and heaviness mean I have to apply it thinly, but then the moisturizing power is lacking. And even if I apply multiple layers to get better hydration, the slippery feeling doesn't go away no matter how much I pat it in. I find that products like Physiogel or Eucerin provide longer-lasting hydration and leave less of an oily, slippery residue on my skin after application. It's kind of like makeup with poor adhesion... I'll use up what I have, but I don't plan to repurchase this.

Delivery: Packaged well in bubble wrap and delivered by CJ O Shopping through the Korea Post. (The manufacturer is (주)CJ O Shopping.) 2. Outer box: The expiration date is November 29, 2019, with a shelf life of 3 years/12 months after opening. The box contains the usual information found on most cosmetic products, such as the full ingredient list, usage instructions, efficacy, and effects. (The phrase 'Real Intense Derma Cream that layers 7-level deep high moisture both inside and out' caught my eye. Ah, I feel like I've finally found the solution to my chronic dehydration!) 3. Container: There is no virgin seal. (Usually, ointment containers have a pointed part on the cap to break the inner aluminum seal, but this one doesn't seem to have that. I thought I'd have to use that to remove the seal, but when I opened the cap, I could use the product right away... Is the pointed part just for the shape?) 4. Usage experience: It feels lighter than the Cel** Ex* Repair Cream I'm currently using, but heavier than the Ki* Ul** Facial Cream. (I thought a high-moisture cream would be very heavy, but I was pleasantly surprised by how light it feels. I guess I've become too accustomed to using very heavy, high-moisture creams.) It spreads smoothly when applied. The more I roll it, the more moisture comes out, making it feel incredibly soft and hydrating. I love it, love this moisturizing sensation!)
Cons5. After application The moisturized feeling remains even after application. It continues to linger. There's even a slippery sensation... At first, the moisture doesn't seem to be absorbing, so if I roll it a bit longer, it gets a bit better... But looking at my fingers, there's oil coming up. (The non-oil components must have been absorbed, right?) 6. Makeup application after use After applying sunscreen and then using a cushion foundation, the oil component seems to affect the base makeup, and my unsightly flaky skin starts to show through. (It's a different feeling from just being cakey...) For the first week of using this product, I had to go back to using my heavier cream in the morning, as the flaky skin was still very visible with my makeup. (I understand that the sudden cold weather has caused a lot of flakiness, and I've been barely managing my skin by layering toners and oils, but... This '7-layer deep' cream is still making my flaky skin stand out, which is quite frustrating...)
TipAfter using the product for 2 weeks, despite the good ingredients and the '7-layer deep' claim, I've been wondering why it's still accentuating my flaky skin. I think I've heard somewhere that some creams can actually accelerate the skin's exfoliation process to promote skin renewal. I'll try to stick with this cream, believing that it can play that role. Since I haven't experienced any major breakouts, I'll keep going with it until the day my chronic dehydration improves. Luckily, I've noticed that the flakiness has reduced a bit in the last day or two, compared to when I first started using the product. *** This review is written by a Hwahae Trial Reviewer after using the product for 2 weeks. ***

I've been transitioning from oily to combination skin lately, and I used to not feel any tightness on my face even in the dead of winter, but recently all parts of my face except my nose have been feeling tight. The areas around my mouth, the sides of my nose, and the center of my cheeks are the worst. So as soon as I saw the word 'Layered', I immediately applied for the Hwahae Trial. As soon as I opened it and applied it to the areas around my mouth, forehead, the center of my cheeks, and the sides of my nose, it remained moisturized and non-tight for a long time (I didn't wear any makeup all day). In short, it's an extremely moisturizing cream for winter. The design is also completely my style. The harmony of gray and pink is very nice. A lot of people look at the design when buying cosmetics, don't they...? Is it just me...? I think this product is perfectly optimized for dry skin types.
ConsIt's too heavy...... Not in terms of weight, but there's a sense of heaviness when applied on the skin. It's supposed to be used as the last step in skincare, but lately I've been just smoothing on a rich cream right after toning. The other creams get absorbed well without needing to pat it in a lot, but this one feels a bit stubborn. You really have to pat it in well to get it absorbed. Occasional small bumps come up. I don't usually wash off my makeup well before bed, and that's when I get those little bumps, but with this cream, they don't seem to go away as easily....... I wouldn't recommend this to oily skin types or those prone to small bumps.
TipI want to get this for my sister, who has extremely dry skin. ㅜ.ㅜ For oily skin, this ultra-moisturizing cream was a luxury.

I used it consistently for 9 days and am leaving a review. First of all, the spreadability is excellent! I expected the high-moisture cream to be very oily and heavy in texture, but it turned out to be lighter and smoother than I anticipated. I think this product is perfect for the current weather. The oil-to-water ratio is around 7:3, so those with extremely dry skin may not even need to use a separate oil. I liked that it's fragrance-free (I don't like the typical cosmetic scent). At first, there was a slight medicinal smell, but it turned out to be fragrance-free as I continued using it. Since I've only used it for 9 days, I haven't noticed effects on wrinkles or whitening yet, but I think the benefits will show with more consistent use. Compared to the ointment-type Bepanthol I was using before, this is definitely more moisturizing and plumping. I intentionally applied Bepanthol on the left side and this Active Cream on the right side before bed, and the next day, the skin on the Active Cream side felt more supple and smooth. Great!
ConsSince I'm prone to clogged pores, I tend to prefer products with more moisture than oil. Considering this, the oiliness of this product is a bit disappointing for me. The heavy, oily feeling makes my skin feel stuffy. It's almost as if a film has been applied to my skin, if that makes sense. So when I use it before makeup, the makeup tends to slip. It's a shame that I can only use this as a night cream. Even though I'm already prone to clogged pores, during the 9 days of using this, the bumps have become more noticeable. When I properly hydrate my skin, the bumps are at least less prominent, but during the time I used this cream, the bumps just wouldn't go away...it's a bummer.
TipIn the end, I will be passing this product on to my extremely dry-skinned and non-clogged pore friend, after completing the Hwahae review. This is simply a case of the product not matching my skin type, not a fault of the product itself. I highly recommend this to those with extremely dry skin and non-clogged pores. Please, acne bumps, just go away...

However, I didn't use these thicker creams as much. While they were fine in the summer, once winter came, no matter what I applied, my cheeks would still feel a bit tight after doing my makeup and going out. But after using this cream, that tightness was reduced. Also, I tend to apply a generous amount of cream at night, but it doesn't feel like it's fully absorbing - more like it's just sitting on top. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it doesn't seem to fully soak in, just slowly absorbs. Moisturizing creams just give a refreshing, hydrating feel, but I felt something was still lacking. With this cream, there is a slight oily/rich sensation, but I don't feel the need to layer anything else on top. I think this might not work as well for those with very oily skin, but for combination or dry skin types, it seems quite nice. And it does seem better suited for fall and winter rather than summer. Oh, and since my skin is sensitive and reacts to products that don't agree with it, I'm glad this didn't cause any breakouts.
ConsWith the oily/rich texture, if you apply too much, it can have a bit of a greasy, slippery feel, and my hair tends to stick to my face, which I really dislike. Since it's more oily than just hydrating, the hair sticking is kind of unavoidable. And the packaging, with the tube/ointment-like shape, usually has a pointed tip on the cap to help dispense the product, but this one doesn't have that, which I found a bit annoying, though I'm not sure if that's just my tube or a common thing.
TipThis applies not just to this cream, but to other creams as well. For those with dry skin who find that creams make their makeup look cakey or cause flakiness, I'd recommend just lightly tapping on a small amount to cover the face, and also tapping all base makeup products, which can help prevent the cakiness and flaking.

I didn't experience any trouble like breakouts after using it. The small bumps I had due to dehydration have mostly gone away. I found that applying it at night makes my face feel smoother and more supple the next day. The fragrance is almost unscented, which I like. Just using this cream after my skin toner and serum keeps my skin from feeling tight and keeps it well-moisturized. The oil-water balance seems just right for my skin type - it absorbs well without leaving a greasy feel, even when I use a generous amount. However, those with oily skin may find it a bit too rich. As a heavy-duty winter moisturizer, this cream is perfect for my skin type! It's a great match for my skin (which becomes drier in the winter, but is normal in the summer). On very dry days due to heaters, mixing it with a facial oil works well - it leaves my skin feeling replenished the next day.
ConsThe packaging is a bit squeezable like an ointment. I'm a bit concerned about the durability, so I've been using it sparingly from the top. It may cause makeup to slip a bit if you don't allow enough time for it to fully absorb.
TipIf you're applying it before makeup during the day, give it some time to absorb first before starting your makeup. Even with a drying foundation, it won't make your skin feel tight.

This cream is so moisturizing that it could be considered a 7-layer hydrating cream. :) I understand why you used the term 'extreme cold wave' - the cream applies very thickly, like a protective barrier. For situations where you'll be primarily outdoors, like a light festival, this cream would be essential! The ingredients aren't the best, but since it doesn't cause irritation, it passes the test for me. As my T-zone is slightly oily, this cream is better for me than an overly greasy cream.
Cons1. The longevity doesn't match the price. It seems to only be effective for short-term hydration. 2. Due to the intense hydration, it interferes with sunscreen application. It's probably better to apply this before bedtime rather than in the morning. 3. I was a bit taken aback when I first opened it, as the cream was immediately visible, which doesn't give the best impression of the company. (As someone who prioritizes hygiene, this surprised me a bit.)
TipI don't usually wear color cosmetics, but if you want to apply cream in the morning before going out, try using a less oily sunscreen.

I've tried a lot of moisturizers that were said to be good, but the effects were only good for a short time when I first used them, and most of them were quite similar. I've been using it consistently for 2 weeks now, and it's really amazing how the effects are gradually becoming visible. My skin texture is becoming smoother. The sensation of using it before bed and the refreshing feeling when washing my face in the morning are so nice. Most importantly, I usually don't like thick creams, but when I first apply this, it feels a bit heavy, but when I spread it out, it just wraps around my skin so nicely. I took a comparison shot of the textures, and the order from thickest to thinnest is Bioderma, Embryolisse, Physiogel, and Dermaplanet. Personally, I really like the texture and application of Dermaplanet!
ConsIt's great to use before bed, but it feels a bit heavy to use in the morning. I think it's better to apply it thinly or mix it with another moisturizer.
TipWhen I'm too lazy to do a full face mask, I can just use this as a booster to refine my skin texture, and when I apply it generously and go to sleep, my skin tone looks brighter and my skin becomes so smooth the next day, even more so than after doing a mask. I highly recommend just quickly applying this and going to sleep when you don't feel like doing a mask! I also recommend mixing a bit of this into your base makeup before applying foundation.

I had initially thought to use this as a moisturizer, but after receiving it, I realized it's actually a product to be used as the final step in a skincare routine (I always use a moisturizer as the penultimate step). While it does have a moisturizing feel, it also has wrinkle improvement and whitening functions, so it has more of a nourishing cream texture rather than a moisturizer. It's lightweight and not sticky for a nourishing cream. There's also less of a tightening sensation in the morning.
ConsFirst of all, the packaging... I'm disappointed that they didn't use the Dermalift packaging and instead went with a crinkly container. Additionally, while it's less sticky, there is a slight slippery feel (like a coating on the skin). When applying makeup before using this, the foundation tends to slide a bit. I'd recommend using this at night before bed.
TipFor those who want to apply this before makeup, the Dermalift Aqua Rich Cream would be a better option. And for those who find the Rich Cream insufficient and want more functionality, the Dermaflats would be necessary. Ultimately, having both would be ideal.
