  The generous amount and pleasant scent were great, and it was perfect for oily skin when I first started using it!

  Pros

  As someone with an oily scalp, I'm thrilled with this shampoo's cleansing effectiveness. It does an excellent job controlling oil, keeping my hair grease-free for over 12 hours. The pleasant scent and how it leaves my hair soft are added bonuses.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, this shampoo didn't agree with my scalp. After about 5 days of use, I started experiencing itchiness. I'm currently alternating it with a soothing shampoo to manage the irritation, which is a bit disappointing.

  Pros

  The lather is good, but the scent is just okay. I bought this at a department store because it was supposed to be a high-quality shampoo. However, when I checked Hwahae, I found out the ingredients are really not great. The staff promoted it like it was something amazing. It's so frustrating!

  Cons

  I had clear skin with hardly any blemishes until my early 20s. Even at my worst, I'd have less than 5 spots. But a couple of months after using this shampoo, I started getting over 30 blemishes behind my ears, on my chest, back, and all over my face. It was a cycle of some clearing up and new ones appearing. I was so confused that I went to a dermatologist. They told me it was an allergic reaction to the shampoo manifesting as acne-like bumps. They advised me to switch shampoos. When I looked it up on Hwahae, I found it's full of problematic ingredients. The dermatologist recommended Zeroid Cleansing Gel, but I need to toss this shampoo and switch immediately. I also have Suaviss Root Nourishing Shampoo, but that has AHA which is even worse. Just a heads up... If it can wreak havoc on my normally non-sensitive skin... For reference, I also used Aromatica Tea Tree Shampoo for over 6 months, but it caused blemishes behind my ears too. I don't recommend it. Remember, your scalp and face are connected - there's no real boundary. Imagine using this shampoo as a facial cleanser - it would be a disaster!

  Tip

  I recommend Ato'gel Baby Bath and Shampoo for hair care. For body products, try Doctorbio Body Shower and Emulsion. They have 100% good ingredients. I hope you can quickly move on from this terrible product.

  I bought this at a department store because they said it was a natural product.

  Cons

  When I first used it, my hair became very stiff, but I thought it might be because it's a natural product. However, I'm experiencing a lot of hair loss, and although it was supposed to be good for people with itchy scalps, my scalp feels tingly and itchy after using this shampoo. It's a 1000ml bottle, so it's a shame to throw it away, but I'm hesitant to keep using it.
