  Pros

  Once you try this, you can't go back to anything else... The menthol ingredient gives such a refreshing feeling!

  Cons

  The cleansing effectiveness might be too strong, as it makes my hair very stiff. It also seems to be thinning my hair.

  I've been using this shampoo that my mom bought for a few years now, and I must say, its cleansing effectiveness is fantastic! My scalp tends to be sensitive, and when I use shampoos that don't suit me, I often get a lot of dead skin cells on my scalp. But when I wash my hair with this shampoo, it gets incredibly clean, and almost all the flakes disappear! Plus, it lathers up really well, which I think contributes to its great cleansing power!

  Cons

  Firstly, after washing, my hair feels extremely dry and straw-like. It's absolutely essential to use conditioner or a treatment after using this shampoo. Secondly, after learning about Hwahae and checking the ingredients, I was disappointed to find out that they're not very good for your hair.

  Tip

  As I mentioned earlier, on days when my scalp is itchy and has a lot of flakes, using this for a pre-wash really helps wash everything away! I usually start with a small amount for a quick initial wash, then follow up with a thorough second wash. This routine leaves my scalp completely free of dead skin cells!

  Pros

  I tried this shampoo after it was recommended to me at a department store based on my hair condition. The scent was somehow invigorating? I really liked the fragrance.

  Cons

  When I used this shampoo alone, my hair became extremely stiff. I had to apply a treatment even before the shampoo was fully rinsed out. It doesn't seem to suit me very well.

  The cleansing effectiveness is incredibly good. It produces a fine, rich lather. Perhaps due to the menthol ingredient, it works hard to remove all the grime and buildup. However, it does leave my hair feeling really dry.

  Cons

  I'm worried because this shampoo has made my hair so dry and brittle. Even with treatments, it's still so dehydrated. Ironically, my hair felt less dry when I used cheap Pantene. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who cares about shampoo fragrance either. The scent is really unpleasant. It was a gift, so I feel bad about throwing it away, and the large size makes me worry about how long it'll take to use up. I was surprised to see the price after looking it up, considering how disappointing I find it. I absolutely do not recommend this for dry or super sensitive scalps. It might work well for those with oily scalps, but for me, it's the worst. I'm almost scared to wash my hair now. Right after using it, my forehead and scalp started itching, and I developed some blemishes. It's quite harsh, so you need to rinse thoroughly at the end.

  Due to its harsh nature, make sure to rinse thoroughly.

  I bought this at a department store because they said it was a natural product.

  Cons

  When I first used it, my hair became very stiff, but I thought it might be because it's a natural product. However, I'm experiencing a lot of hair loss, and although it was supposed to be good for people with itchy scalps, my scalp feels tingly and itchy after using this shampoo. It's a 1000ml bottle, so it's a shame to throw it away, but I'm hesitant to keep using it.
