There's nothing to complain about. If I had to pick something, maybe the scent? But then again, poorly added fragrances can cause allergic reactions, which this doesn't... It's so good that I can't find any downsides to this shampoo.

This isn't a shampoo that gets itchier the more you use it. You know what I'm talking about, right? Many Korean shampoos tend to cause itching with continued use. Among domestic shampoos, this is arguably the best value for money. I've tried almost every shampoo out there, including French brands. My scalp doesn't itch, it lathers well even with a small amount, and cleanses thoroughly. I used to be a shampoo nomad, but I've finally settled on this one. I haven't found a better shampoo. The only product that comes close is the French Le Nefertiti Cooling Shampoo.

This is a review after using up the entire bottle.

I got a sample from Pangyo Hyundai Department Store, liked it, and decided to buy the full size.
But is this a different product?
My mother used it once and refused to use it again, saying it smelled like rubber.
I forced myself to use up the whole bottle, but I kept feeling like my hair was droopy even after drying. Constantly!
Thinking it might just be my hair, I tried washing with a different shampoo midway through,
and there was no drooping effect.
So it turns out it's definitely this shampoo's problem...
Oh, by the way! I used this shampoo along with the Suaviss conditioner as a set.
The case in the photo is actually the conditioner.
I threw away the shampoo bottle as soon as I finished it...

Make sure to take good care of your hair ends with a hair mask! A hair essence is a must!

For a scalp care product, this shampoo keeps leaving white flakes on my scalp, similar to dandruff. They fall off excessively while drying my hair, and if I don't shake them out thoroughly, it looks like I have dandruff. It seems to focus so much on being lightweight that it provides almost no hydration. Because of this, even when I only half-dry my hair with a blow dryer, the ends feel damaged unless I use a hair oil.

One pump creates plenty of lather, which was convenient. It feels incredibly light and refreshing, though I couldn't really tell from the texture if it contains a lot of argan oil as claimed.
