The scent is refreshingly familiar - a lovely blend of floral and cool herbal notes. The cooling effect on my scalp during massage is incredible! This is what I love most about it. It reminds me of that stress-relieving sensation you get during a scalp treatment at the salon. I'm really enjoying that feeling with this shampoo.
ConsThe downside is that it contains surfactants. Apparently, it's marketed as natural in department stores? Seems like the staff might not be fully informed. Suaviss themselves have stated they include surfactants for thorough cleansing and a satisfying lather. I used natural shampoos before, but missed that deep clean feeling, so I chose this knowingly. After using natural products, this makes my scalp and hair feel squeaky clean. It's refreshing, but I feel like I'd be in trouble without using conditioner or treatment afterwards.
TipI don't stick to just one shampoo. Just like how we adjust our skincare based on skin condition and season, I find it beneficial to do the same with shampoo. I've been using Le Quillaia Pure Ten as my main shampoo, alternating with Innisfree Mint and Aromatica Rosemary shampoos. Now that I've finished Pure Ten, I'm primarily using Aromatica Rosemary, with occasional use of this Suaviss Argan Scalp Care shampoo. I find this combination works well. While I mainly use natural shampoos, I've found there are some dead skin cells and excess oils that natural products alone can't tackle. That's when products like this come in handy. Also, instead of quickly lathering and rinsing, try massaging for about 3 minutes and leaving it on briefly before thoroughly rinsing. This tip from a scalp care specialist has been really helpful!

ConsFor a scalp care product, the surfactants are disappointing. Also, I'm not sure if it's just mine, but the pump has been difficult to use for three bottles now
