  I bought this product late after hearing it was recommended for cool-toned skin. They raved about the watercolor-like blush effect, so I thought it couldn't be that different from regular blush. But it really does apply so thinly and gives a luminous, glowing look. I wonder why I didn't get this sooner. It doesn't have a powdery feel, but it's not a creamy blush either. Cream blushes can sometimes make me look sickly, but this just looks so healthy and natural.
