If you're into autumn deep tones, you absolutely must try Black Honey. When I was really into it, I used it 5 days a week. I have darker skin with shade 23, and I love when blush really pops. That's why Black Honey is my holy grail item... When applied to the cheeks, it's not like a burning sweet potato feeling, but rather... You become a woman with moisturized, subtly tinted cheeks, as if they're delicately wet. The beauty of Cheek Pop is that despite being a baked formula, it leaves a dewy tint - such a heavenly texture. The truth is, because the color payoff is quite intense, it works well up to shade 21. But for shades beyond that, the color can appear patchy. (This isn't about the application being patchy, it's simply due to the color itself.) - tj********Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 11, 2022
I bought this because the color is one I personally love. It's beautiful and the pigmentation is intense. There's nothing I dislike about it, though I think it's important to control the amount you use. - 86********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedNov 2, 2022
The way it applies like a watercolor painting is truly beautiful. It's so pretty, you can't help but stare at it. The color is quite deep, making it tricky to control the amount. You can go from natural to 'flaming sweet potato' in an instant. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 14, 2021
The color payoff is stunning! The flower-shaped design is beautiful, and it's become my absolute holy grail. It seems to work perfectly for cool-toned skin. The price is a bit steep. As a student, it's somewhat of a splurge for me. - gr********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedAug 9, 2021
The pan color looks really intense, but when applied it's more of a soft red bean shade. It's beautiful if you apply it gently! Nothing particularly bad. I can see why Cheek Pop sells so well. Please give us more color options, Clinique! - wn********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 8, 2021
Although it's a very cool-toned color, I bought it simply because the pigmentation is so beautiful. Surprisingly, it also works well on warm skin tones. I think it's because the color applies with a clear, translucent finish. It's extremely pigmented, so you really need to control the amount you use! Otherwise, you might end up looking like a baked sweet potato. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2021
Even with a small amount, this blush applies with vibrant color. It's particularly flattering for those with deep undertones. I love that it doesn't streak or clump, giving a smooth and even application. The downside is that you need to be careful with the amount you apply to your cheeks. Also, it might appear too intense for cool complexions, so I wouldn't recommend it for those skin tones. - ha*******Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 19, 2021
The more I use Clinique, the more I understand why it's so popular. At first, I applied it with a brush and it kept feeling cakey, so I stopped using it. But when I switched to a puff, it became absolutely amazing! The price... That's all. It's heartbreaking when the flower design gets rubbed off. - se********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 2, 2021
The color is lighter than it appears in the packaging. It gives a pretty, rosy flush to the cheeks. Since the shade isn't particularly bright, there's a slight tendency for it to clump a bit. - lj***Normal SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2020
This is my holy grail blush! As a beauty junkie, I have tons of blushers, but this one takes the crown. The color is a deep MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade, as you can see! Being shade 23, when I sweep it across my cheekbones with a blush brush, it creates this gorgeous deep pink or reddish hue that's absolutely stunning. It complements both muted and light makeup looks beautifully! I usually pair it with rose-colored eyeshadow, and the color coordination is just perfect. The watercolor-like pigmentation means it doesn't create patchy or clumpy application. I've never once thought this blush was too intense while using it. While it's often touted as a winter cool-tone's must-have, I have a deep undertone and it works wonderfully for me. Regardless of whether you're warm or cool-toned, it looks beautiful when applied to the cheeks. There's nothing bad to say! I initially thought this blush, with its deep reddish MLBB color, leaned more warm-toned and might clash with cool-toned eyeshadows. So I was surprised to hear it described as a cool-toned blush. For application, sweep the blush across your entire cheek area, then focus on blending from the outer cheekbones inward. Gently pat a bit onto the apples of your cheeks for a natural gradient effect.
