It was great for hydration in winter when mixed with an emulsion.
ConsThe texture became a bit stiff in winter, which was slightly inconvenient.

As soon as I applied it, it calmed red marks, managed scars, and even soothed blemishes. I was skeptical due to its smell and color, but after just two applications, the redness on my face disappeared. When I don't use it, something big seems to flare up, but when I do, it calms right back down.
ConsIt's pricier compared to other options, and the smell can be off-putting. If it gets near your eyes, it can cause a stinging sensation. While it's fine in summer, being an oil, it solidifies in winter...

It definitely seems effective in reducing redness and fading blemish marks.
ConsIt's so frustrating that it solidifies too easily when it's cold. I have to keep melting it to use it.
TipI have dry skin, and I find that mixing 2-3 drops with an emulsion works just right for me.

It has a nutty scent and a green tint. Despite being an oil, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. While I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements yet, I plan to keep using it and will likely repurchase.
ConsIt tends to solidify, so you need to warm it up before use. Nevertheless, it's packed with beneficial natural oil ingredients, which is a plus.
TipIt works well when mixed with moisturizer and applied, or used for neck massages.

As someone with combination skin, I've always avoided oils. But when I heard jojoba oil is recommended even for oily skin, I bought some cold-pressed, natural jojoba oil. However, even one drop felt like it was sitting on top of my skin and seemed too rich. This product has less of that rich feeling and works better for me.
ConsThe scent. Imagine a sauna smell - like damp wood? For women, it might remind you of herbal sanitary pads. It's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance. I'm not particularly sensitive to scents and actually prefer natural over artificial fragrances, so it didn't bother me. Like most oils, tamanu tends to solidify easily. It starts to harden as early as late autumn...
TipIn winter, instead of cream, I layer about 3 rounds of green tea toner, followed by panthenol ampoule, Dalba Ultra Emulsion, and 2 drops of tamanu oil. It leaves my skin feeling firm and supple, and my makeup applies beautifully on top.

I've tried blending various oils like green tea seed, sea buckthorn, rosehip, carrot seed, tea tree, cypress, and coconut, but this is the first oil that I keep reaching for without any side effects. My skin feels comfortable, and even the discoloration after acne extraction has noticeably improved. It's the first time I've bought three bottles of a skincare product!
ConsThe amount feels a bit small. Also, when used in winter, it may solidify due to its high freezing point, which could be inconvenient to use.
TipI either mix it with my moisturizer or apply it after my moisturizer and distribute it on my face for absorption. For those with oily skin, about two drops seem to be just right. You can adjust by one drop depending on the season. When I used the oil alone, it moisturized but left my skin feeling dry underneath, so I don't recommend using it by itself.

It's truly incredible. What's even more amazing is that despite being an oil, it doesn't feel excessively rich on the skin.
ConsSome say the scent is off-putting, but once you get used to it, you'll miss it if it's not there in your final skincare step. It has a high melting point, so it solidifies easily. I've been soaking it in warm water before cleansing to use it.
TipWhile many mix it with other products, I prefer applying it directly to my face as the last step in my routine. To make the most of this precious product, I use just one finger to spread it thoroughly. I wish they'd come out with a 30ml size!

After trying jojoba oil as my first face oil, I became enchanted and ended up buying rosehip, carrot seed, and tamanu oils, known for their skin-healing properties. As soon as it arrived, I applied it to a recent acne scar on my chin. Amazingly, the next day, the redness had noticeably subsided - it was incredible! The healing power of this oil is truly outstanding. If you're concerned about red acne scars, I highly recommend buying this. It even helped calm down a persistent, acne-like bump on the back of my neck - absolutely amazing!
ConsI was shocked when it arrived completely solidified and clumped due to the cold weather. After leaving it at room temperature for about a day, it returned to its oil form. Apart from that, if I had to nitpick, I'd mention the scent. It has a slightly earthy, herbal aroma that might bother those with sensitive noses. However, personally, I quite enjoy these types of scents.

I've tried countless oils in my life, and while many were good, none had such outstanding effects. I usually ended up using them on my body or throwing them away after they expired. But with this product, I'm scraping the bottom of the bottle. It's truly amazing. 1. My redness is gone. I have super sensitive skin, but there's zero redness now. 2. It's not heavy. The lightweight texture makes it perfect for daily use. 3. It's absolutely worth the price considering its effectiveness.
ConsBe careful not to get it in your eyes as it really stings. The scent is a bit off-putting. It solidifies in winter, making it slightly inconvenient to use, but even with these drawbacks, the results are so good that I still highly recommend it!
TipIf you have redness, use this 100 times. Just use it, no questions asked. In winter, keep it in a slightly warm place.

This is truly a holy grail product! My main skin concern was painful blemishes. While I never had issues in spring or summer, my sensitive, trouble-prone skin always acted up in autumn and winter, especially in cold weather. Sure enough, as autumn rolled around, inflammatory blemishes started popping up one by one, causing me a lot of stress. Even cutting back on skincare products didn't seem to help much. I heard that in situations like this, it's best to use products that strengthen the skin barrier and have antioxidant properties. After much deliberation, I decided to buy this product after hearing great things about Tamanu oil. First off, it's premium Madagascan Tamanu oil, which is quite rich and has a strong scent. Rather than applying it alone, I always mix 1-2 drops with my cream as the final step in my routine. That's the perfect amount. Since I started using this product, I haven't had any new blemishes for three months after having them constantly before! It's truly a lifesaver. Not only that, but existing painful blemishes that showed no signs of improvement suddenly became less painful and significantly smaller the morning after I applied this oil. While I don't get many whiteheads, I've seen great results with inflammatory acne. I highly recommend this to those with similar skin types! P.S. I recently discovered that I have contact dermatitis, and this oil has been incredibly effective in calming it down too! If you have sensitive skin or contact dermatitis, keep this in mind when considering a purchase!
ConsThe scent is quite strong, and since it's winter and a natural oil, when I first received it, it was completely solidified. It took some time to melt it. Also, you need to store it in a warm place, which can be a bit inconvenient.
TipIt works best when you mix 1-2 drops with your cream in the final step of your skincare routine.
