The itching has really gone away and it's the best! There's no better remedy for winter skin.

The redness and itchiness have significantly decreased. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness, as I tend to have severe redness during the winter.

Pros
Even though I used all kinds of medications, from oral to topical, my cheek skin, which was previously combination-type, has become quite dry. However, it was really helpful in relieving the tightness and itchiness caused by dryness. In fact, I used it with high expectations for fading acne scars, and while I didn't see dramatic effects, it did help lighten them, which I was happy about. When I add a couple of drops to aloe vera gel and apply it, the texture is just right and not at all burdensome.
Cons
While it's lightweight for an oil, it was still a bit too much for me to use on its own. And above all, the unfamiliar scent made me slightly averse to it at first!

Tamanu oil is a red, dry, and itchy skin oil that is not too oily or uncomfortable, so I thought it would be a good product for my skin. Before using it, I was a bit nervous because the oil is known to have an unpleasant smell, but it was fine for my standards. Since I don't have any nut allergies, I applied it comfortably. If your skin is sensitive to oils, be sure to test it first before using! Definitely, after applying the oil, I felt a sticky sensation when touching my skin. However, it didn't feel heavy like a heavy oil. If the oiliness is bothersome, you can adjust the amount you apply. My skin tends to get flushed easily due to heat, but the oil helped control that, and the blemishes I was concerned about also improved! Pros
For the entire month of November, my skin had persistent dryness and redness, so this was the first time I purchased an oil with my own money. (Previously, I had been using my mom's cosmetics and getting them from my grandmother who works at a cosmetics company) I bought this oil because I felt like my skin needed moisture replenishment and a protective layer to recover, and the results have been fantastic!!!! I sprayed the Viterapi mist sample 7 times and finished with 3 drops of the oil, and the itchiness and redness disappeared!!!!! (For reference, I washed my face with a slightly acidic cleansing foam in case the irritation was from mites or bacteria) I was considering continuing to use the TAF 7 skin toner I had been using before, as it was decent, but something felt lacking. My dryness was resolved, but my skin texture still felt rough. So I ordered the Viterapi mist as well today haha
Cons
Many people cite the scent as a downside, but I'm the type who doesn't mind fragrances. The scent doesn't linger or spread around after application either. However, my boyfriend did say I had a Chinese medicine smell after he kissed me haha But even that doesn't bother me at all. I plan to keep purchasing this product every winter!
Tip
I like to dispense 3 drops into the palm of my hand, quickly rub my palms together to warm up the oil, and then apply it. It's not really a tip, but just how I like to use it haha
