  Pros

  I usually apply this before bed when red blemishes appear on my face. When I wake up in the morning, the burning sensation has subsided and my skin feels calmer. It seems to work well with my combination dehydrated skin type.

  Cons

  It's a bit tricky to control the amount when squeezing it out, so I recommend starting with a small amount. If you apply too much, it can feel heavy on the skin, almost like a rich cream texture.

  It absorbs well into the skin. The scent is not particularly impressive, but the texture is inoffensive.

  Pros

  Among the cica balms I've used, this has the thickest texture, so I'm using it like an ointment. It contains madecassoside, so I'm using it instead of lip ointment. My lips, which used to be covered in tree bark-like dead skin cells and cracked daily despite pharmacy and prescription treatments, have finally become human lips.

  Cons

  For those with oily skin, it might feel greasy and heavy. The texture is really like an ointment, so you shouldn't apply it too generously. When used on the lips, I felt the need for lip balm after some time.

  Tip

  1. Apply the madecassoside cica gel to your lips. 2. When the gel is absorbed and feels slightly dry, apply the 'madecassoside cica balm'. 3. Once absorbed, apply lip balm. 4. Wake up to soft, supple lips.
