  Pros

  I loved how it wasn't sticky and had just the right balance of richness and hydration! It's so easy to use, making it my holy grail product.

  Cons

  I'm not sure about its soothing effects. Even when I applied it to irritated skin, it didn't do much... There's no dramatic improvement.

  I really love this! It has just the right amount of oil and moisture. When mixed with centella powder, it's perfect for spot treatment.

  Cons

  There's nothing to dislike. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the ingredients are great too.

  Pros

  I used this as both a soothing cream and a moisturizer, and it worked really well for my skin. The hydration is great, but what impressed me most was its effectiveness in calming my skin. When I had some blemishes for a few days, consistently applying this cream helped them disappear!

  I used this instead of an emulsion for managing my blemishes! It's not too sticky or drying. It's hydrating, effective on blemishes, and just great overall...!!

  Cons

  Since it's a gel, compared to ampoules, it runs out too quickly. I can't use it for very long, unfortunately.

  Apply a generous layer after cleansing before bed

  Pros

  I'm a big fan of the A'pieu Madecassoside line! The cica balm comes in a small, ointment-like tube and has a rich texture (more oily than hydrating). I apply a moderate amount to areas where blemishes are about to appear after washing my face before bed, and let it absorb. Personally, it works wonders for me! Since my skin generally responds well to cica ingredients, I found that most of my skin concerns were soothed by morning. I've already gone through 5 tubes! However, it doesn't immediately calm existing or very large blemishes. Still, I feel like something's missing if I don't apply it, so I keep using it consistently!

  Cons

  Hmm, while there weren't any glaring downsides, the product comes in a very small size. Also, if you apply too much, it can feel a bit greasy!

  Tip

  I apply a very thin layer all over my face with light tapping motions, then pat a bit more onto areas that need extra soothing!

  It absorbs well and has a rich texture but doesn't feel heavy. When applied at night, it keeps your skin hydrated until morning.

  The amount is too small for the price. Although it's meant for spot treatment, I wanted to use it all over my face, but there's just not enough product.

  I've been obsessed with A'pieu's cica line lately. I generously apply a cica toner from another brand, then layer on A'pieu's cica ampoule, and finish with this cica balm. Everyone's been telling me how much my skin has improved!
