It's like I'm not wearing anything... but it's not exactly matte either? First off, I have combination dehydrated, sensitive skin that tends to get oilier in the summer. I've tried various sunscreens during the hot months, but nothing really clicked. So I decided to give this sunstick a shot, hoping for something easy to apply with solid UV protection. And I have to say, out of all the sunsticks I've used, this one takes the cake! - Mattifying effect: I can confidently say this has the least rich feel of any sunstick I've tried! While it's not as lightweight as if you'd powdered your face, you can use this on its own without feeling like an oil slick. Those with oily skin should be pretty satisfied with its semi-matte finish. - Lightweight: It's surprisingly light on the skin. You'll definitely feel like you're wearing something, but there's zero stickiness or discomfort when you touch your face or body after application. I could totally see using this on my arms and legs too! - Design: The packaging is genius - long and teardrop-shaped, making it easy to cover both large areas and tricky spots. It's perfect for getting into all the contours of your face. - Amount: Compared to other sunsticks I own, this one's pretty generous with the product. Especially since the formula is so light, you might find yourself applying more liberally. But don't worry, the amount you get for the price is quite reasonable! - Sun protection: While the true test is in consistent use, it boasts SPF50+ and PA++++. Given its semi-matte formula, it should hold up well against sweat, so I'm expecting solid UV protection. If I had to nitpick, the one downside would be the application. Since it's designed for a more matte finish, it does drag a bit when you're putting it on. I absolutely hate when my skin gets oily, so I only used toner before applying the sunstick. Compared to other sunsticks, it definitely doesn't glide on as smoothly. Because of this, I found myself going over areas multiple times, which might lead to over-application. To improve the application, I've found that layering toner about 3 times before using the sunstick really helps! If you have combination dehydrated or oily skin like me, this method should prevent any tightness while keeping excess oil at bay. - ha********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedMay 28, 2025
It's not sticky at all, and after applying, your skin feels soft and velvety. I usually avoid sunscreens or sun sticks because of their sticky texture, but I'll definitely repurchase this one when I run out. The only downside, which is probably just personal preference, is that I'm not a fan of the scent. It has a cool, somewhat watermelon-like fragrance. - lp********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 26, 2025
Affordable and leaves skin feeling powdery soft, making it great for summer use The sunstick has a large applicator head, perfect for applying on the body or cheeks Overall, it has a pleasant and easy-to-use texture The adherence to skin is significantly lacking While it does leave a powdery finish, the poor adherence causes that powdery texture to transfer everywhere - 7t********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 17, 2025
I dislike sticky textures, but this absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft. It's also easy to apply. Due to my face shape, one area is slightly concave, and the plastic applicator is a bit rough, causing discomfort. When applied after toner and before makeup, it helps the makeup adhere better and leaves the skin with a soft finish. - 12**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2025
The finish feels light and fresh, as if you're not wearing anything at all. It absorbs well and applies smoothly. Personally, I really disliked the cucumber scent. It's subtle but keeps lingering, which was disappointing. - si*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 2, 2025
At 24g, it's a generous amount for a sun stick, and I love how it covers a wide area on the skin! The finish is great too - not drying, yet not sticky. While the ingredients aren't extremely gentle, they didn't cause significant irritation to my skin. - le**********Normal SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 20, 2025
It's odorless, lightweight, and gentle on the skin without removing makeup! It also doesn't cause any blemishes. On a sunny day, I used it on my face instead of my arms, and while my arms got sunburned, my face remained perfectly fine. There are no downsides! Honestly, there are none! Absolutely no drawbacks! - ga*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 8, 2025
I loved how the sunstick's slightly curved shape made it easy to apply not just on arms and legs, but on the face too! It's also non-sticky and leaves a powdery finish, which made me want to keep using it. Oddly enough, it has a cucumber scent. Since I dislike cucumbers, I really couldn't stand the fragrance. For better adherence to the skin, glide the sunstick on and then gently pat it in with your fingers. Be careful not to rub the applied areas against dark clothing, as it may leave white marks! - la*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 30, 2025

I bought this product because the packaging is so pretty. I love the refreshing yellow color. When I apply it, my face feels puffy. The texture is heavy and it stings my eyes. Still, I stubbornly used it up to the last drop. Won't be repurchasing though.
