  Pros

  Recommended for all skin types, but especially for those prone to redness! The texture & absorption: It's a gel-type moisturizer with a soft feel. However, despite being lightweight, if you apply too much, it can sit on top of the skin, which is a bit disappointing. It absorbs best when spread thinly. Applying a large amount at once can lead to pilling and slow absorption, rather than sinking in. But when applied in a thin layer, it adheres well to the skin, so I don't recommend using too much. After 3 weeks of use: This product grew on me over time! It gives a similar feeling to snail cream, leaving the skin surface feeling smooth. As someone who typically applies skincare products generously, I was initially unsatisfied with its absorption and adherence. However, when I started applying a small amount twice, I could immediately feel the skin's texture becoming softer. With mask-wearing causing a resurgence in chin blemishes and sinus issues leading to heat on my nose, the cooling effect of this product helps calm things down. It's particularly effective as a base product under a modeling mask for those dealing with frequent blemishes, showing significant soothing effects. I bought it on a 1+1 deal and now use it as a hydrating mask too. Applying this product before a modeling mask noticeably reduces redness. While it might be a bit light for dry skin types, I bought it to use with the Ceramide Shot Ampoule. For those with dry skin, I highly recommend using both together.

  Cons

  The slow absorption of both the ampoule and cream is a bit disappointing, but considering the price, it's not bad. You can adjust the amount as you use it.

  Tip

  I'm using it as a pack by storing it in the refrigerator! After extracting blemishes and doing a 5-minute skin pack, applying this product before a modeling mask helps soothe the skin quickly.

  I used this during summer and loved the cooling effect. The refreshing and hydrating sensation was perfect for hot weather!

  Cons

  The downside is that it absorbs rather slowly. It's frustrating when you're tired and have to keep patting it in. Also, since it's not very rich, it might be too drying for those with dry skin outside of midsummer.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers :) My current skin condition is such that I'm suddenly experiencing an imbalance in oil and moisture, so I'm visiting a dermatologist for weekly treatments! I have combination dehydrated super sensitive skin haha. Also, I've just returned from an overseas trip, so please note that I've only used this product for a short time, less than two weeks. It's not very sticky and has low viscosity. It's a translucent gel cream that transforms into water droplets when applied to the face. The packaging looks cool, and the quantity is generous, making it perfect for use throughout the season. I recommend this for oily or combination skin types, and you can think of it as a summer hydration cream.

  Cons

  Maybe because I have combination dehydrated sensitive skin, but I find it a bit drying and it doesn't absorb quickly. It's literally a gel cream - if you don't let it absorb fully before applying makeup, you'll experience pilling. Personally, I'm someone who even finds aloe gel drying... It has a strong artificial scent. While applying, I thought it might irritate my face... I'm currently experiencing small blemishes and occasional allergic reactions on my face, so after using it for about 1-2 weeks, I didn't feel like it provided hydration or balanced my skin's oil and moisture levels.

  Tip

  For those with dry skin, you might want to apply a hydrating or moisturizing cream after this product. When I applied a moisturizing cream afterwards, I didn't experience any skin tightness.

  It's incredibly hydrating without any oiliness! When applied to the face, it transforms almost like water. I love how lightweight it feels, making it easy to use without any burden. I think it's a perfect moisturizer for summer! It also has brightening effects - I noticed my skin looked more radiant the day after using it!

  When used alone, it absorbs quickly. However, when applied as the final step after other skincare products, it takes a bit longer to absorb, which was a bit bothersome. Apart from that, it was really great!

  [ Review from The Hwahae Testers ] As someone with slight redness and facial heat, I was looking for a cream to cool down my skin in summer. Luckily, I won this product through The Hwahae Testers program. The texture is just right, not too thick. It might be a bit dry for those with very dry skin, but it worked well for me. Products with hyaluronic acid can create a film on the skin, potentially causing makeup to pill. So, I avoided using it before makeup and instead applied it generously at night. It absorbs rather slowly and stays on the skin for a while, which I found pleasantly moisturizing. It seems perfect for light summer use, though it might not be hydrating enough come winter.

  Cons

  I naturally assumed the ingredients would be good, and thought that was why it absorbed slowly. Surprisingly, there are some less-than-ideal ingredients in there.

  Tip

  There's no better hydrating mask than applying this generously at night after keeping it in the refrigerator. Since hyaluronic acid creates a protective layer on the skin, it's best to apply this as the final step in your skincare routine.

  This review is from one of The Hwahae Testers! I have dry skin and spend most of my time indoors with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, which makes my skin very dry. Because of this, this product wasn't quite right for me... It seems more suitable for those with oily skin. On the positive side, I liked that the case wasn't heavy and had a clean design. Also, it's unscented, so I didn't feel any aversion when applying it. If you don't have dry skin and find skincare routines bothersome, you might be able to use this as your only product and call it a day!

  Perhaps due to the lack of oil, I couldn't really feel much when applying it, so I always had to layer another cream on top. It seems to have some hydration, but it feels a bit sticky, and I'm not sure if it's absorbing properly. The texture when applying was extremely unique - it felt like I was putting a peeling gel on my face! It was a strange sensation, as if I could feel all the uneven textures and areas with excess sebum on my face. You get used to it after a while, but it was quite odd at first. Whether due to the ingredients or not, I developed blemishes after using it for a few days, so I had to stop. I won't be repurchasing this product.

  Great for combination dehydrated skin types and those with dry skin looking for hydration. It has a water-drop texture that transforms into little beads when you rub it in, giving a really refreshing, moisturizing feel. Despite being a water-based cream without oils, it's surprisingly good at keeping skin hydrated. Unlike some lightweight moisturizers that seem to disappear, this one provides just the right amount of hydration for summer, leaving your skin feeling comfortably moist without being dry.

  True to its name as a gel cream, when you roll it on, it transforms into a transparent, hydrating gel-like texture that feels like it's filling your skin with moisture! Before using this product, I had a lot of blemishes around my nose, but after using this hydration-packed formula, they seemed to calm down significantly!
