While it's not particularly lightweight, it's easy to apply and feels comfortable on the skin.
ConsI've been using the firming ampoule from the same brand and really like it, so I thought the cream would be good too. However, the ingredients aren't that impressive, and I actually broke out after using it. Now it's just sitting unused.

I have combination dehydrated super sensitive skin haha. Also, I've just returned from an overseas trip, so please note that I've only used this product for a short time, less than two weeks. It's not very sticky and has low viscosity. It's a translucent gel cream that transforms into water droplets when applied to the face. The packaging looks cool, and the quantity is generous, making it perfect for use throughout the season. I recommend this for oily or combination skin types, and you can think of it as a summer hydration cream.
ConsMaybe because I have combination dehydrated sensitive skin, but I find it a bit drying and it doesn't absorb quickly. It's literally a gel cream - if you don't let it absorb fully before applying makeup, you'll experience pilling. Personally, I'm someone who even finds aloe gel drying... It has a strong artificial scent. While applying, I thought it might irritate my face... I'm currently experiencing small blemishes and occasional allergic reactions on my face, so after using it for about 1-2 weeks, I didn't feel like it provided hydration or balanced my skin's oil and moisture levels.
TipFor those with dry skin, you might want to apply a hydrating or moisturizing cream after this product. When I applied a moisturizing cream afterwards, I didn't experience any skin tightness.

I was lucky enough to win the Hwahae Testers event and got to use this product for two weeks! Even though my trial period included my menstrual cycle, I typically only get blemishes on my chin, so I kept that in mind while evaluating. First off, the way it absorbs is... wow, it's amazing!!!! It's like applying a sorbet to your skin, if that makes sense. Usually, I find this type of formula difficult to absorb, but this one absorbs quite well - I'd say above average. It doesn't leave a sticky feeling, just a slight moistness before it fully absorbs. However, given the current weather, I did notice it cling to my face a bit when drying my hair with a fan! But I can confidently say it wasn't overly sticky. Now, about the brightening function - well, after two weeks of use, I can't say I noticed any significant brightening or that my skin felt noticeably lighter. Haha! As a Hwahae Tester, I need to give you my honest and firm opinion, you know! But truly, the absorption and texture alone make me want to repurchase this!!! However...
ConsI have sensitive, oily skin... My face stings and practically turns inside out with products that don't suit me. To top it off, I have combination dehydrated skin, so maintaining the oil and moisture balance is crucial - I basically have the skin of a sunfish, ugh. Honestly, on the first day, I had no blemishes and thought, 'Oh! What's this product?!' But on the morning of the third day, I noticed blemishes appearing on my cheeks and eyebrow area. And when I tried to apply it again at night, I felt a slight burning sensation, which startled me. I still tried to use it for the full two weeks, but... truthfully, I couldn't use it consistently every day. When my face felt too hot after application, I had no choice but to wipe it off with toner. I really think this is just my personal experience, so it's disappointing that I can't use it. If it weren't for the blemish issue, I would have been completely satisfied with everything else, which makes it even more regrettable for me.
TipIf you're not as much of a sunfish as I am, I think you could use this product without issues! The absorption, texture, and scent aren't bothersome at all, so it might be worth trying out!!!

Hydration - The biggest advantage of this product is its hydration. While other products might feel oily or leave a sticky finish, this ampoule moisturizer transforms into a water-like consistency, leaving your skin feeling wonderfully moist. After applying and gently patting it in, my skin felt hydrated without any greasy residue! 2. Texture - It's thinner compared to other creams I've used. To be honest, when I first applied it, it felt a bit light. But then, surprisingly, it transformed, forming tiny water droplets on my skin. That was quite fascinating! However, as others have mentioned, the absorption rate was slower than expected. It's not a rich cream that fully absorbs, nor does it dry quickly like water. It's somewhere in between, which can feel a bit ambiguous. The water-like transformation is interesting, but having to pat it in can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. Especially before applying makeup, it tended to pill, so I ended up using it only at night.
Cons3. Ingredients - I have super sensitive skin, and I made the mistake of not checking the ingredients before use. Almost immediately after applying, I developed two or three blemishes around my forehead and cheeks, which was really frustrating. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to avoid this product.
TipRecommended for those with dry skin, non-sensitive skin types, and anyone looking for a hydration-rich moisturizer.

I have extremely dry skin, but in summer, while my skin surface gets oily, the deeper layers still feel tight and dehydrated. When I first opened the lid, I thought it would be similar to other hydrating creams I use in summer due to its white gel-like appearance. However, upon application, I noticed a difference. Unlike other products that feel gel-like and absorb quickly, this one transforms into a water-like consistency, forming droplets on the skin instead of immediately sinking in. It took some time massaging and patting for it to absorb. After application, I expected it to feel dry like water on the skin, but surprisingly, it wasn't. It left my skin feeling plump and bouncy, though a bit tacky. There's hardly any noticeable scent. When I applied makeup over it, there was no pilling thanks to its lightweight nature! In conclusion, its lightness makes it perfect for summer use, but as someone with very dry skin, I don't think it would be suitable for fall or winter. It's ideal for those hot summer days when you want to avoid heavy-feeling skin. It's a solid choice for summer, hence the 4-star rating! If I had received this product during colder months, I probably would have given it 2-3 stars.
ConsThe downside is that it takes some time to absorb, which can be inconvenient for rushed mornings. Also, I'm not sure if it's related to this product, but I noticed two blemishes on my cheeks. There are some potentially irritating ingredients, and apart from hydration, it doesn't offer many other benefits. Unless you're specifically looking for a lightweight product, you might be better off with other options that have better ingredients.
