Pros
This is an average product. I bought it to use instead of a makeup remover pad, but it doesn't feel like it thoroughly cleans everything, and there's still some residue left on the pad. The pad is fairly soft. The pad size is also suitable.

1. Gentleness Compared to other products, it was good that it was gentle. Since I am sensitive to oily skin, if I choose the wrong product, I get acne right away, but I didn't get acne and didn't feel like my skin was heavy, so I think it was good. 2. Moisture Normally, basic cosmetic pads like these tend to dry out quickly, but compared to other products, it felt moist, which I liked. There were no issues with skin irritation or any other problems, which is why I applied for the Hwahae trial in the first place - the great ingredients!👍 Even with my somewhat sensitive skin, I was very satisfied that there were no breakouts.😆 2️⃣ Effectiveness Since I prioritize ingredients when writing Hwahae reviews, I tend to write the review a bit later to assess the effects. The effects weren't dramatic, but my makeup did apply better the next day! In my subjective opinion, it's difficult to achieve dramatic effects with a toner pad, so the fact that my makeup applied better is a good sign.🙂 My skin felt more refined, and my makeup applied well.😄 3️⃣ Toner Amount The toner amount was just right - not too much, not too little. Sometimes toners can feel excessive, but this pad had the perfect amount to leave my skin nicely hydrated. Pros
The inconvenience of having to carry cotton pads and toner separately is quite bothersome, but the idea of having toner pads all in one container seems more convenient, so I wanted to try it out. Nowadays, toner pads can be seen everywhere, from Olive Young to Blabla to Lohbs, and there are even famous brands. It was really difficult to choose, but The Saem's ingredients seemed really good. There are no particularly concerning ingredients, and I was enticed by the reviews saying it doesn't sting even when it gets in the eyes. The advantages: ❗️Stable ingredients As you can see through the Hwahae app, it has no concerning ingredients, only gentle ones. As mentioned earlier, I even rubbed it around my eyes a bit out of curiosity, and it didn't sting at all. It felt so gentle that I wondered if it would even be effective. ❗️Role of the toner pads I've been using it morning and night to cleanse and refine my skin for 1-2 weeks. Even in the summer, I have a dry skin type with frequent flaking around my nose and eyebrows. So I would sometimes use an exfoliator, but that would sometimes cause breakouts. But with these pads, used daily, I don't get flaking or rough skin texture, and there are no breakouts the next day. Storing them in the fridge keeps them cool, and the toner amount is sufficient, leaving my skin hydrated and nice. + The pads have a textured side and a soft side, so I can use the textured side first and then the soft side for a thorough cleansing. ❗️The dispenser Many reviews complained about the dispenser, but I found that the pads are easily picked up one by one. The plastic dispenser may be fragile, but my fingers are quite strong, so that hasn't been an issue for me. ❗️Cost-effectiveness and usability The usability is truly convenient. I can just keep them in the fridge and take out one pad as needed, without having to separately take out cotton pads and toner. The cost-effectiveness is also good. This is the best product I've used so far. • Exfoliation I was really surprised by this part. These days, whenever I do my base makeup, I get crazy flaky skin on my nose, to the point where I don't even want to do my makeup. But after using this, the flakiness on my nose... just disappeared. It was truly amazing. • Hydration There wasn't any major standout feature in terms of hydration. It just provided a simple, straightforward moisture replenishment. • Packaging (?) It came with a pair of tweezers, which I thought was great. Other pads didn't include tweezers, but this one is super hygienic.
Cons
• Fragrance While it's not overly irritating to the skin, the fragrance has a slight alcoholic, pungent scent. This is a product to use normally.
Tip
Wipe it off with the pad, then apply an ampoule or essence, and finish with a cream or lotion. That should work well.

The excessive peeling has definitely decreased, and my skin has become smooth and nice. Most importantly, I don't need to use a separate exfoliator, which is convenient, and I can use it daily without any irritation.

I used a product that I won from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program. As a sensitive skin type, it did not cause any breakouts and the ingredients are great. The tweezers are very satisfying to use, so I'm very satisfied with it.👌👌

After using The Saem Derma Plan Peeling Toner Pad for a week, here's my review. To write this pad review, I did my usual face pack and exfoliation routine, but didn't do anything else and just used this pad for my skin care. I used 2 pads per day, morning and evening. To describe the pad, it has a mild pH, is formulated for sensitive skin, and contains extracts of Houttuynia cordata. There are 70 pads, which seems like it will last a long time. As a person with acne-prone skin, the Houttuynia cordata, mild, and sensitive skin-friendly ingredients were great for me. Even when I ate flour and instant foods, I didn't get any cystic acne. My skin texture also definitely improved. After using this to wipe my face in the morning before makeup, it was really convenient and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who finds it annoying to soak cotton pads with toner. I've tried pads from Cosrx, Missha, and other brands, but there wasn't much difference. The Saem is definitely more affordable than other brands. You won't regret buying this! (It's so simple and pretty.)

There's nothing really bad. The reason I took off 2 stars is because I had expected my skin to dramatically improve, which didn't happen. It seems like I'll have to keep using it consistently to see results. If you, like me, find it annoying to soak cotton pads with toner, I'd recommend getting this. But if you're trying to save money, you may not need to buy this product. Also, the scent is not great - it has a strong alcohol smell.
Tip
When doing touch-ups, wiping with this and then reapplying makeup is perfect. ㅠㅜㅠ Instead of the freezer, keep it in the fridge and use in the morning to help reduce puffiness!
